Baker's best friend. Substitute for vanilla, almond, etc...

I've never used an emulsion before so I didn't know what to expect, but I know I won't go back now. It's definitely been far better than any extract I've ever used. There's SO much flavor, but it doesn't completely change the taste of the what you're using it in, either. Definitely notes of citrus, it's like a very faint orange or sweet lemon. I made THE best cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls and an excellent funfetti cake. Both had a depth of flavor that I haven't been able to achieve before. I'm buying other flavors to try ASAP.

Makes my drinks taste cafe style at home

This is an interesting flavor, which I find works best in baked or flour based items (like cookies, cakes, pancakes etc). I do not like it in puddings/pies, the flavor is just off for those types of things. But for baked goods or flour based type of treats, this lends a bit more of an interesting flavor a little more complex than vanilla. Almost citrus~y Almost almond~y with a touch of vanilla thrown in. I also use this IN CONJUNCTION with vanilla in baked items and it makes it just that more tasty! For example, I'll use 1 tsp of vanilla, and maybe add 1/2 to 1 tsp of this as well if I'm feeling adventurous. I use it the same as vanilla. If it calls for 1 tsp of a flavoring, I use 1 tsp of this. This is NOT a super concentrated Lorann Oil, so don't expect this to flavor lip balms or something. (I tried and it doesn't work well at all). This is an emulsion, so it is thicker and lasts quite a while.

This makes home-made cakes taste store bought. I've tried other products, most notably a butter/vanilla emulsion that added a chemical taste. The princess cake and cookie flavoring just tastes good. It's that missing something-you-can't-put-your-finger-on that bakery cakes have and home-made cakes don't. I have been using this for years as my secret ingredient. A little goes a long way, and a 4oz bottle lasts me approx. 2yrs. This comes well protected against leakage. At $9.99 this is a good value.

I needed a quick potluck dish and only had boxed chewy brownies. I wanted to elevate them but didn't want to add a bunch nonsense. On a whim I used about 2 tsp of this. Boy did it make a difference! It was subtle but it was fabulous. Everyone raved.

Great brand. "Princess" tastes like Almond and a bit of sweetness.

The flavour is retained after baking and u only need a small amount to taste the flavour.
