Peek is a baby white whale left stranded after a storm, and rescued by Kai and his brother Moito. After nursing it back to health, they are tricked into handing Peek over to an evil circus owner, who places him on show. With the help of Maila, the circus owner's daughter, the two boys resolve to save Peek once more, and return him to his mother in the sea.
