I love shortbreads, and have been eating the Walker’s brand for years, typically as a holiday treat more than anything. While traveling in Scotland, I picked up a couple tins of these shortbreads. Oh my! These are so much better than the plaid boxes. These taste rich and fresh, so when I finished off the ones I bought in Scotland, I decided to order more through Amazon. These were delivered quickly and taste very fresh. I did run into an issue where the wrong flavor was sent - I received the one with the “warming stem ginger” flavor accidentally, but got a refund and replaced it with the original flavor that I ordered. I believe these are the best shortbreads I’ve eaten and I’ll continue to order these again.

These cookies are so GOOD. Even my husband who doesn’t typically like sweets loved these and asked me to buy again!

Do NOT buy these unless you want to get seriously addicted. These delicious cookies are buttery with a hint of toffee and a pleasing mouthfeel and crunch. Each bite should be eaten slowly with your eyes closed, imagining every molecule bursting on your tongue. They are indeed pricey for the size but worth every dollar.

The product is 5 star but the shipping was not good. They wrapped 3 boxes of shortbread in plastic and stuck it in the mail. By the time I got it it was kind of beat up and all the cookies were in pieces. I hope they read this and do better next time. Otherwise it would have been 5 star. The flavor of these shortbread cookies is exceptionally delicious.

The shortbread was even more delicious than I expected ; buttery and crisp with the candied ginger adding the right kind of balance to it. I served it to a friend of mine and she was so impressed with the first two bites itself that she took a picture of the box so she could order it for herself.

Taste good nothing crazy, definitely not worth $20

Sehr guter edler Geschmack. Der Ingwer ist der Pfiff. Man kann nicht wiederstehen und deshalb ist die Packung schnell leer.

Ein stolzer Preis, aber auch ein traumhafter Genuss. Wenn man sich mal etwas Gutes gönnen möchte sind die Plätzchen ein Muss.

All of the shortbread I've had from here has been fantastic, great as a gift or a treat.

Lovely shortbread, hint of cinnamon flavour. I used it with a fresh fruit salad. Dainty size and also nice with a coffee. Will definitely buy again.
