Very fast dispatch, received the day after order which was 3 days earlier than expected. Well packed. Really cute teapot, nice size. Washed everything, read the little booklet (one page) and made myself a lovely ginger tea. Looks really nice, handle didn't get hot, body was. Tea light didn't go out as another suggested. I topped it up with cold water and it heated so perfect. I just need to be careful with washing the pot as its glass. Very happy with this.

As a tea pot it feels well balanced, sturdier than some glass tea pots and pours well. The metal lid can get quite warm, but that isn't a problem for me. The heated base works. You put a standard tea light in it and light it, then stand the filled tea pot on it and it stays hot. As for ventilation, there is a gap around the base of the tea pot and the top of the stand as well as that around the base itself. In addition the gap between the base of the wick and the base of the tea pot is at least 3cm. It may be that if you have a long burn tea light the gap will be less which may affect the burn, but otherwise I can't understand why anyone should have a problem with what I received. The comment about stability and the base not matching the pot doesn't correspond to my experience either. I have a full pot in front of me standing on the base and even deliberately rocking it does not cause a stability problem. Without the pot the base is less stable but that is hardly a problem. All in all the product I had delivered is excellent, and based on that I must recommend it. If you receive one that doesn't work, it must be defective and should be returned as with any faulty product.

this is just a showpiece it looks really pretty i’m really disappointed you can only make 1 cuppa of tea or coffee and from the spout the coffee or tea spill out and only left with half or 1/4 cuppa really awful purchase pls don’t waste your money on this item

Looks very smart, good quality, easy to clean, nice to hold and pour. Perfect for making 1 X large cup of tea or 2/3 regular cups. This is great value at £17, it's £99 on the Zwilling website! Every few weeks I just fill it with cold water and some bleach, leave for a couple of hours to remove any tea staining and then rinse thoroughly.

蓋部分が小さめなので洗う時洗いにくさを感じる、ステンレス製の蓋は重さがあり茶こしを外した時は固定されないため傾ける時は手で押さえる必要があるのが少し残念ポイント、ガラスは一般的なガラスポットと同じく軽く、セットのウォーマーもシンプルな作りだけど蓋がステンレス製なため統一感があり見た目重視で購入したので満足、割れた時にガラスポットのみの販売もあると嬉しいかな

I bought a glass teapot about a few weeks ago. The handle was so delicate and came loose from the teapot when I washed it. I then decided to buy a better quality one and ended up buying this one. The look of this Zwilling teapot impresses me. It really stands out from the crowd. Very good quality. Price is quite high, yet I still think it's worth it. My only concern is if it's durable. Keep my fingers crossed.
