Samsung DA81-01345B Refrigerator Door Spring and DA81-01346A Spring Pin

Thank goodness, my Samsung refrigerator closer is working properly again. I was able to skip the spring into place in less than a minute and the only tool you will probably need is either work gloves or needle nose pliers.

I can't believe how something so small can make such a big difference. Inserting this tiny little do dad was ridiculously easy and needed no tools. It has worked wonders on making my fridge door operational again. After a hinge broke off of the left door to my Samsung French door refrigerator, it just would not work correctly no matter what I tried. It would not go into the little groove built into the fridge to make it seal tight unless I guided it in by hand every time I shut the door. Now, with this little spring it shuts easily and smoothly just like its supposed to. I went ahead and bought an extra one in case this happens again with another spring. Worth Every Penny.

A weekend full of kids was all it took to dislodge the spring from our fridge door, making the easy close impossible. This little coil of metal was the solution. Awesome that we could locate it so easily on Amazon, and arrived very quickly!

When replacing the spring, the tiny plastic sleeve must also be replaced at the same time. I was so happy to find this product that has both items in the same package! Unfortunately it arrived sans sleeve...and the only way to return it without shipping charges is to use the UPS store, which is a 3 hr round trip for me. So I'm stuck with a separate $9 purchase for an item barely worth 5¢.

Lasted exactly 9 months before it broke. At least another buyer got 1.5 years. Original lasted 11 years

Wow, who would have thought the fridge doors wouldn't work properly without this little spring. You'll need the sheath that goes with it, but this thing works great. It's a bit hard to install, but I blame design, not the product. If your door doesn't properly close, then you probably need this!

Make sure you get this item with the small white sleeve in addition to the spring -- its easy to miss and overlook with other replacement springs. This was the perfect replacement for the original spring and was easily replaced in 15 seconds.

Fits great now my fridge is fixed
