It was floral in flavor to me not cremesicle. **Q: Can this be used to scent homemade hand soap?** A: I used Fiori Di Sicilia Extract to flavor panettone during Christmas. It is very mild. I don't know how it can be used for making soap, but if it is for the fragrance, I do not recommend. It is not strong enough. **Q: Does it have real floral flavors in it or is it just another citrus vanilla combo extract?** A: Yes, this is floral. Very nice. Reminds me of cookies I used to get at our local Italian bakery.
