Failed in just under 6 Months BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE
This fit our new HP Laptop after the original OEM power cord went missing. It lasted 5.5 months and no longer charged our laptop. UPDATE: Changing my star rating up to 3 for excellent customer service. I was refunded my entire purchase price within days of my charger failing. Products have issues, all of them. Item seems to work as expected. The delivery time was good, and the cost was certainly reasonable.

Product stopped working
I had this product for three months. It worked fine during that period, but then it suddenly stopped charging. I checked the outlet to make sure it had power. It did. I checked another cord to see if the laptop was malfunctioning, but that cord worked fine. Very disappointing.
