This pan and rack set has worked really well for us. We’ve used it for everything from roasting veggies and baking bacon to cooling cookies and crisping frozen foods. It heats evenly, holds up well in the oven, and still looks great after multiple uses. The included rack fits perfectly and allows for good airflow, especially helpful when cooking things you want to stay crisp. Nordic Ware is a brand I trust, made in the USA, solid construction, and built to last. It’s a kitchen staple that does a lot more than just bake cookies.

This pan is way better than any cheap, thinner one you might get from a local store. I bought a set of very cheap sheet pans that were much smaller than this one. There were two in a pack for about $3. They would "pop" and bend in the oven while being used, and also became heavily stained and browned in no time. This pan on the other hand, has been lovely. First of all, it is very heavy and does not warp or bend even if you try to bend it with your hands. It feels super sturdy and like it will last forever. It also doesn't "pop" while in use in the oven. And things that I have previously baked on a baking/cookie sheet have turned out slightly better just from using this pan. The fact that it has a raised design in it that elevates the food slightly seems to help with baking and browning. I noticed some reviews that mentioned getting dented pans. Mine was not dented in any way it just had some light marks or scratches at where the corners are. It is a very large pan, and I knew that it would be from reading the description. But seeing it in person makes you realize just how large the half sheet is. I needed to place it inside the refrigerator to let the butter in some biscuits chill before baking and it was a challenge to get it to fit in there. But with the temporary removal of a few items from the fridge, I managed. The rack that comes with it is also very nice and fits just perfectly inside the pan. It is also nice that the rack's lines are close to each other and run in both directions. There is no worries that any food you place on the rack is going to slip or fall through the rack. I have not used the rack in the oven yet but it is nice that it is oven safe along with the pan. Only complaints I have are that it does take some work to clean the pan up. I have had some brown spots where I have had to scrub a good bit to get it clean. It is not super hard but it does take some effort and a scrubbing sponge helps. And I have noticed some cloudiness showing up in the bottom of the pan. I don't know what is causing it. It hasn't affected the pan's use, it just looks a bit odd is all.

Love this pan. Used it to cook a turkey for thanksgiving. Very solid pan. Would buy again.

I bought this pan for one reason, and that was to roast a spatchcocked turkey. I did a 19 pound bird, and it worked perfectly. I did line it with foil prior to setting the turkey in it for dry brining. Here’s why this pan is so good for cooking a spatchcocked turkey: It is big and deep, so it holds all the juices in and also prevents drips from going over the side during roasting (IYKYK) and smoking in the oven. As I said, it held a 19 pound bird, no problem, and probably could’ve gone up to maybe 20 or 21 pounds and still would’ve been just fine. Also, the chevron texture on the bottom prevents foil from sticking, despite the fact that juices, sugar, collagen, and fat all got underneath the foil. I roasted my bird at 440°F, and it didn’t warp at all in 2 hours at that temp. Cleanup was a breeze, because the foil didn’t stick, and nothing burned on the bottom. Also, no chemical coatings: It is just metal with a pattern that reduces sticking. Overall, after cooking it looks brand new (that’s new for me after cooking a turkey. I’ll never need another XL roasting pan for turkey (or anything else). I can already see using this for roast beef, lamb, chicken, meatloaf, etc…. I am always cooking for 6-8 people, so this is a welcomed addition to my kitchen!

The pans are just what I expected. Unfortunately one pan came dented. I don’t feel it will affect its overall usage. I have used a silicone mat this far so I can’t say if the groves make foot not stick to the pan. I will say these are the perfect size to fit under the cake pan size aluminum foil pans! Now I can have a sturdy pan under each one and still get two per rack! Besides the dent I highly recommend! I’d give it a 5 if it wasn’t for the unfortunate dent. Things happen and eventually it could happen to the best of us!

These sheets are perfect fit for my oven and the texture helps keep things from sticking. Cookies, chicken, pork chops and breads have come out great. They have stayed flat and not warped after several uses. The foods have cooked evenly, no notable extra cooking in one spot vs another. They also have a very attractive appearance with the design and feel very solid and sturdy. Also used in the freezer to freeze fruits for later. No scratches yet.

JUST LOVE NORDIC WARE..! I ONLY NEED ONE SMALL SHEET PAN FOR SMALL MEALS IN THE OVEN, AND THIS IS ABSOLUTEY THE BEST. WASHES WELL AND EASY TO STORE AND LIGHTWEIGHT

We use this to catch drippings in our oven air fryer. Works great!

La teglia Nordic Ware in alluminio zigrinato è fantastica per gli arrosti, in particolare per le patate arrosto poichè crea una crosticina deliziosa. E' necessario ungerla prima di infornare altrimenti il cibo si attacca. La consiglio certamente.

The quality is great they are the best baking sheets I have ever used. I do a lot of baking and making meals from scratch so would recommend to anyone.
