Tastes good
Just hoping it is100% olive oil and not anything else in it. Which is the case for most supermarket olive oils.They put corn, soy, rapseed etc. they mix them. And they don't have to list other oils.! Not right. So I am hoping this is the real thing 100% olive. Spectrum has always had a good name.

High quality, mild flavor
I practically drink my olive oil. I find it provides a lot of vitalizing health benefits. This is one of my favorite brands. It has a mild flavor and is very nourishing.

Careful! Half the bottle is about to pour out.
I agree with other reviewers that the olive oil tastes great and isn’t bitter. My problem is with the value for the money. If you like to waste money this is for you because more often than not the inside spout will get stuck inside the almost hair-thin metal cover and whoops! Half the bottle is on you plate! I’ve had this again and again and even emailed them about this, as to what a shame it is that the quality of the bottle and cap doesn’t match the quality of the oil and how the plastic spout constantly gets stuck in the much too thin bottle cap and I got no response. So caveat-emptor: buyer beware!

bold flavor, balance, and no bitterness
Spectrum oil has a nice, bold flavor, but not the bitter taste (or after-taste) of some of the fancy (and more expensive) olive oils. Excellent balance.
