The trolley arrived with a small amount of damage which must have taken place in transit. I reported this and my replacement trolley arrived safely, undamaged and very quickly. Great after sales service, " no quibble" excellent comms. The product itself is perfect, looks nice, easy to assemble and reasonably priced. I am using it for the childrens stationary items but obviously has multiple use. Very happy and would recommend.

I like these small not very deep draws . They fit well in my clinic. Wheel around ok . Ideal for small items which need to be kept separate

I had been storing my sewing threads, bobbins, patterns, accessories etc. in the canvas boxes/cubes that fit in Ikea Kallax units. But as my collection grew that didn't work any more as a lot of things are small or kept together in shallow boxes. Which meant I had to take everything out as what I wanted was invariably at the bottom of the pile.So I ordered this and it is absolutely ideal for what I need. Lots of shallower drawers to keep things organised and easily accessible. And very easy to assemble all by myself.This morning I had a Zoom craft workshop session where I ran out of usable work surface. So I wheeled this across and instantly gave myself the extra space I needed. Very lightweight and easy to manoever. I realised that this unit was going to be far more useful than I had originally anticipated.The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because of the poor packaging/choice of courier. The outer box was battered and ripped and the tape was not secure all the way round. The bag holding all the small screws etc. had burst so when I opened the parcel a lot of them fell out. I ended up on my hands and knees trying to gather them all together. And the base of one of the shallow drawers was cracked.Such a shame when the product itself is so good.

Great set of drawers. Delivered two days earlier than expected. Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Great price and exactly what I needed.

Great item

half of the drawers had chipped corners and cracks and the top shelf was bent on arrival. Needed it immediately so decided we could hide most of the damage but now finding that every time we pull drawers in or out it's shirring strips off the sides of the drawers because the fit is so poor. We'll be lucky if it holds up for a couple of months. Definitely wouldn't recommend, could have picked up for a similar price for much better quality!

Disappointed as drawers can come off runner very easily . They have gaps between the drawers so dust can get in . Not suitable for the job I wanted it for !

Easy to assemble. Decent quality for the price. Good value for money. Nice and narrow. Fits well under standard height worktop
