Does what I want, does more than I need. Sometimes the sync with Deezer freezes, but works when restart. Arrived days earlier than expected

Great sports and app watch but Garmin pay is currently useless unless you have a Santander bank account as that’s the only bank in the uk which you can use with it !

Firstly DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS EVEN FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR REPLACEMENTS…. Watch arrived charged as required turned on got the watch faces as above. Couldn’t reset or force shut down, so couldn’t set up watch with smart phone as just wouldn’t do anything. Touchscreen didn’t work either. Watch felt and looked cheap also compared to my two other garmins. Requesting refund as watch doesn’t work! Only had it 6 hours photos taken in dark room tonight but crazy screens no way to set it up?! Disappointed and waste of money. Want to give no stars but had to give 1 to submit review. So tried to get either refund or replacement item as watch wouldn’t work company refused both options so had to get Amazon involved who refunded straight away abs on were great but this company please DO NOT BUY HERE.

Never got a chance to use the watch as just received an empty Garmin box! Very disappointed.

Garmin rarely disappoints. Love it so much its always on me other than to shower and charge. Im quite paranoid with my battery life since I'm pretty active with my various workouts and steps, so i do give it a short quick charge when i shower in the morning. So far, battery drop by 30-40% for a 24-hour cycle. But i do use it for a lot of activity tracking.

I received the watch with sealed box, but the watch is totally not working. Defective

I had been using a Fitbit for the past five years when suddenly after one fine day it stopped working (it was two years old). I did a lot of research to select and identify this brand after pouring over tonnes of reviews and comparisons and I wasn’t disappointed. This watch has helped me become more active (I’ve lost a steady 2-2.5 kgs a month for the past 6 months since I’ve owned the watch) by upping my exercise regimen and carefully analysing the really detailed metrics that Garmin provides. It’s even helped me become more conscious of my eating choices as Ive realised the importance of fitness by carefully analysing the impact of what I eat and when I eat on performance metrics like speed, time taken, sleep and vo2 max. I will quickly list down the pros and cons: 1. It’s a fitness tracker- the best at it if I may add ( supports incredible analysis and a wide range of exercises) 2. Really durable - banged the watch on doors, walls and even fallen down a couple of times while cycling with the watch taking most of the impact and it has survived with literally no scratches 3. Incredibly comfortable to wear and looks professional enough to pair with formal clothes 4. Good battery life - lasts 3-3.5 days with approximately 3 hours of GPS usage (I do not use the pulse ox meter in the night) 5. Integrates well with third party apps like Apple Health etc. Cons 1. The app is very clunky and you need to have two apps , one for the store and the other to view your stats 2. Spotify music drains battery massively and garmin pay doesn’t work in India 3. Limited smart watch functionality on Apple - you can read messages but not reply to them, you can pick and accept calls but not speak through the watch. (I personally have no issues with this, I don’t want to bombard my wrist with notifications and then strain my eyes to view and respond) 4. Display isn’t jazzy or amoled : A trade off you have to make for a battery life that lasts a couple of days. All in all go for it, I doubt you’d regret your decision.

Great watch. Functions as you would expect it to given it's description. Battery life is fair considering it is worn 24/7. Looks good. Has lasted several months now & this watch is worn as a tradie (my husband) on the tools all day. Easy to keep the rubber band clean. Looks good too. Thank you.
