A multi year winner at the Fiery Food Show- Best Hot Pepper Sauce! Review: Great for some steady heat, but a little sweet - Have been eating this for 30 years since a stint in Jacksonville where we used it all the time. I've had disappointing experiences with hot sauces up here (save for a few absurdly hot ones based on the carolina reaper or ghost peppers) so finding this on desertcart has been a blessing. Good stuff, though the mango element is not my favorite. Review: Has edta (a preservative) - It used to be made without preservatives. It now has edta. I poured it out and won't be buying again ## Features - "Best Hot Sauce" winner four years in a row. - Recipes on label ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002U1HU7S | | ASIN | B002U1HU7S | | Best Sellers Rank | #330,674 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #4,240 in Hot Sauce #10,573 in Sauces | | Brand Name | Trinidad | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (42) | | Diet Type | Vegetarian | | Flavor | Habanero | | Item Package Weight | 0.75 Pounds | | Item Type Name | Food | | Item Weight | 5 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Trinidad Traders Inc. | | Manufacturer | Trinidad Traders Inc. | | Package Dimensions | 7.2 x 2.1 x 2 inches; 5 ounces | | Part Number | 2052 | | Size | 5.0 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | UPC | 095488100038 | | UPC | 095488100038 | | Unit Count | 5.0 Ounce | | Units | 5.0 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Trinidad - **Flavor:** Habanero - **Item Weight:** 5 Ounces - **Package Information:** Bottle - **Package Weight:** 0.75 Pounds ## Images ![Trinidad Extra Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce - 5 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41FpkvlZSfL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for some steady heat, but a little sweet *by R***. on June 13, 2021* Have been eating this for 30 years since a stint in Jacksonville where we used it all the time. I've had disappointing experiences with hot sauces up here (save for a few absurdly hot ones based on the carolina reaper or ghost peppers) so finding this on amazon has been a blessing. Good stuff, though the mango element is not my favorite. ### ⭐ Has edta (a preservative) *by A***R on November 12, 2023* It used to be made without preservatives. It now has edta. I poured it out and won't be buying again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best hot sauce in the world! *by B***E on December 12, 2018* I've been using Trinidad hot sauce since 1989 when the owner built us a beautiful home on the intracoastal waterway in St. John's County. They gave us our first bottles of mild sauce and over the years, I've built up to the extra hot. It has the best flavor and is the hottest I've found anywhere. You must give it a try if you like hot sauce, then ask your grocer to shelve it. It is a must at our home and I go crazy if I run out before I can find more. It is rather hard to find. Thank God for Amazon! ## Frequently Bought Together - Trinidad Extra Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce - 5 oz - Trinidad Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce - 5 oz - Trinidad Mild Habanero Pepper Sauce - 5 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/19806953-trinidad-extra-hot-habanero-pepper-sauce-5-oz](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/19806953-trinidad-extra-hot-habanero-pepper-sauce-5-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
