I'm getting into more world cuisine and hadn't been able to find this paprika. I love the heavy smokiness, and it only requires the smallest amount to enhance a recipe.

A tasty addition to almost any meal. The smoky flavor comes across well, but the sweet paprika also adds nice flavor. Especially good on vegetables.

If you have only one container of paprika in your cupboard, this is the one to have. It lends a smoky, bacon-y, spicy-sweet flavor to everything you cook.

I cook with parika a great deal and have always used the Hungarian extraction.There is no comparison...this paprika is full of flavor- comes in three strenegths ( I have tried them all and they are GREAT).Can be used with any meat and is great in a fritata!
