Used rhodiola rosea for a very long time different brands Gaia herbs, NOW, Double wood and the list keep going on, neither one is working the way Life Extension Rhodiola does. those other brands are just makes me sleepy or have no effect at all. LE Rhodiola is the best it gives me motivation, energy, focus, better mood and my social anxiety and stress completely go away this is the best Rhodiola brand I ever had I truly feel it. I hope Life Extension never change their formula what ever they doing is more than perfect.

Did my thorough research and decided to get this brand of Rhodiola extract. Was not disappointed at all. I would take it around the early afternoon and it would keep me motivated and productive to finish out the day strong, and some days I wouldn’t be able to stop working! I am 24 and own a business, so stress is a constant factor everyday. Before this, I would get so stressed out and my mind clouded, I couldn’t focus on anything. While using it, I was able to remain sharp and keep my cortisol levels normal, and completely eliminate the clouded mind/high stress. Highly recommend this supplement.

I decided to look into this supplement after reading about it in numerous magazines. I was a little concerned reading the Amazon reviews because I have pretty severe insomnia and am sensitive to any kind of stimulants, but I decided to give it a shot. I've been taking it for close to two weeks now and so far, I'm pretty happy with it. It DOES give you an energy boost, but its VERY subtle. I tend to feel every little heart palpitation, etc, but I didn't notice anything like that...just an overall boost in energy. (and I was kind of looking for a weird sensation or feeling) For me, caffeine or herbal stimulants "feel" like an artificial boost....the Rhodiola does not. Its just that I feel more energetic, but still operating at a normal level. The first couple of days, I took it around 10:00am-11:00am and I noticed that I didn't sleep well those nights. (Again....I have insomnia anyway, so I can't say it was caused by the Rhodiola.) After that, I decided to only take it before 10:00am. For the average caffeine drinker, I can't imagine that this would cause any serious sleep disturbances. Honestly, I'm kind of surprised that I like this as much as I do because of my weird sensitivities. Since taking it, I have found that I am getting more done and am better able to focus on what I'm working on. It seems to "center" me during the day and I don't get as distracted doing mundane tasks. I'm going to continue taking it as long as I feel these benefits. Note: The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't know if the supplement added to my insomnia or not. Its hard to know for sure.

I almost gave this one star, but I like this brand so gave it three. The low rating is a reflection of the product itself and not the brand. I read many reviews on and off Amazon about this supplement and it’s positive effect it can have on depression symptoms, particularly with the challenge of having no drive or interest or energy to do things you would otherwise do. I read of many people experiencing significant improvements in this area after using this supplement. It did nothing for me. Nothing at all. I even tried it for two months, just in case more time was needed, and nothing. I wish it had helped me, but it didn’t. I didn’t notice any change in depression symptoms at all. Maybe it’s not one size fits all. It could work for others, but not for all. The good thing is that for the money, you can give it a try. Just don’t set high expectations in case it doesn’t work for you either.

My doctor recommended this product for lean energy and I love it. I take it before workout.

The bottle and the pills were very hot to touch like it’s been left in the sun seems damaged I am unhappy with this apparently bad storage and delivery Any active material in these pills would have gone bad by this temperature! And it says not eligible for refund ! Meaning I receive something like this and can’t return this item ..
