These Mylicon Gas Relief Drops were somewhat effective for my son. Shipping took a month. Price is high for such a tiny bottle. I got it to help my son while we start him on solids and I think it works. The medicine itself is very similar to Oval baby drops. I have yet to actually compare the ingredients.
