A: dear Dan, as you know, pure oatmeal does not contain gluten but oats could have been cross-contaimineted with a tiny bit of other grains like wheat,barely etc. which do have gluten in them. since there is no such a claim "gluten free" on the product, I would not advise it in case of a celiac disease.

I'm really lazy so find porridge pots like this an easy way to get a healthy breakfast. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product But Short on Banana Flavour

Generally speaking, Bench Pressed Oats are excellent. Great 'stick to the ribs' food that is very quick to prepare. I've tried one of the other flavours (apple, sultana and cinnamon), which was really tasty. This one was sadly lacking in flavour. I couldn't really taste the 'banana', only the oats. Having said that, the porridge itself was still good and filled the gap. Needs a flavour boost to make it perfect.
