Manuka Eczema Honey Cream - Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin, Eczema, Psoriasis & Dermatitis - Manuka Honey Ointment, Grassfed Tallow

I've tried a TON of lotions and balms, this has been by far the best. It smells amazing and makes my skin feel amazing. My eczema skin feels healthier (more hydrated and supple) than my non-eczema where I don't apply it. Now will it cure your eczema? If your eczema is from a bacteria infection or from damage to your skin's moisture barrier, maybe. If it's from gut or liver dysfunction, probably not. That being said, even in the latter situation, you're going to want this as it'll help to keep your skin healthy and probably get less damaged while you try to get to the root cause of your eczema. The only thing that has given me similar results is Vaseline with cocoa butter. But that's a petroleum product and doesn't feel healthy on my skin. This balm, however, is all natural and feels great on my skin. It does last a long time. Remember, a little goes a long way. Unfortunately for me, I just have a HUGE eczema patch on my legs, so I end up using a lot. But still it has lasted me a long time. I immediately noticed a difference within a few seconds of application. I have dermatitis and eczema that is severely itchy and painful. I have tried several different products, some natural and some prescriptions, including steroid creams. Some have worked okay but taken several days to clear up my skin. Others haven't worked at all to stop the intense itching, not even the prescription creams. This is the first that has worked so quickly to relive the itching and pain. After only 1-2 applications, my redness was gone and the itching almost non-existent. See the before and after photos. Some spots are extra stubborn, like those on my scalp, which need more than 2 applications to clear up. However, this makes the pain and itching much more bearable while waiting for the sores to go away completely. This is the first ointment that I only need to use a little for it to work. Many others I have gone through a whole container in less than a month. This product I have probably used about a quarter of the container so far. This means a lot to me because most of the natural salves are so expensive. Even though the price of this may seem high, it really isn't since it only takes a little to bring relief. And 4 oz is lasting me quite a long time. The scent is light and herbal/essential oil smelling. This is no problem for me because I like those scents and it's really light. Also, some products containing manuka honey have a really strong (almost unpleasant) smell - this one doesn't. It's very easy to apply. Just scoop a little onto your finger, then rub it in where you need it. I'm not sure how to describe the texture of the salve but I will try. I really like the feeling compared to some others I have tried. It's solid when you first open it. It will soften up with the warmth of your finger. It feels silky and smooth, and absorbs quickly. You can see a sheen on your skin which some people may call oily or greasy. But it's a very light feeling on my skin in my opinion. Some other salves I have used seem heavier and even waxy feeling. This does not. I definitely recommend trying this if you have itchy or painful skin. Or even just to have on hand for bug bites or cuts. The ingredients in this are really good for your skin health.

I recommend this balm. While it does have a very strong scent, it is very effective in calming skin irritations, etc. But, the scent does not linger a long time. Also, the balm is quite soothing. It has a creamy, non-oily texture and does not stain clothing. Only a small amount is needed to be effective. My first can lasted almost a year with 5 days/week use. The packaging is very nice because the metal can is enclosed in nicely sealed and structured boxing. Classy touch to the packaging. The con of the product is that the previous formula (purchased in 2025) had a higher content of Manuka Honey than this current version. However, the balm still appears to be effective. The price is good considering that the product will last a long time.

This does not work for my skin condition. In fact, i think it aggravates it more. My skin is bright red, itches when I apply. It does take the dryness out of my skin temporarily. I have been trying it right after I shower, which is when the redness is highest. I also try to put it on at night. I think I might be allergic to it, which is possible as I am allergic to most topical creams. In addition, I don’t like how greasy the product is. Although the grease is good and bad. Good because a little goes a long way, but bad because it goes on everything and I don’t like it sticking to my dress pants or getting all over my towel, bedsheets, or furniture. Also, it doesn’t seem to stay on very long. It’s gets wiped off easily. It seems to take about 30-40 minutes to absorb fully into the skin. However, I think the product is well made. It smells good. The packaging is well made (both shipping box and container). The ingredients appear to be natural. So I think it’s one of those products that may be good for some people and bad for others. I am basing my rating on the product overall not my skins reaction. I don’t like how greasy it is overall. Neither the manufacturer nor I can control my skin reaction. I was just hoping that natural ingredients would work better on my skin than synthetic.

Very pleased with this product. After 1st application to my eczema flare-up (interior pinky finger), the rawness, irritation, and itchiness of my skin had greatly improved overnight. (I almost felt some soothing relief instantly). By the 2nd and 3rd applications, the redness, rawness, and bumps had faded. While not completely cleared up after 3 applications, I am highly impressed with the results. This product has given me great relief from my inflamed eczema symptoms. A little goes a long way, so I anticipate this product will last a good long time. It is oily when applied, so the less you use, the quicker it can absorb into your skin. Ideally, use it at bedtime after you've completed your nightly routine. I'm glad to have this product and recommend it.

My son struggles with scalp plaque psoriasis and he says he really likes this formula. He has only been using it for a week so we cannot speak to the efficacy of this regarding long term use. We both like the smell and texture of this cream. The smell is not overwhelming and even if you don't prefer the smell, it doesn't linger for very long after applying. The formula itself is NOT greasy, thick, or sticky. It absorbs rather quickly into the skin, leaving it very soft as a result. I am impressed with the ingredients and overall quality of the cream. I just hope that in the long run, this will greatly decrease the size and amount of plaques that he has.

This product works well for itching skin, and rash. You only need to use a little bit, and it goes a long way. However, it does have a greasiness to it, especially if you use too much. It does absorb somewhat after a few hours. It does help with the redness from skin irritation. I have not found any problems with the ingredients and seems to be true to what it shows. Overall, I appreciate this product and the relief it has provided. This is not a cure for skin issues and if not used daily I have found by the second day my skin starts to have issue again. Also, if you wash your affected area daily it may not be as effective.

My 2 year old daughter has severe eczema. We have purchased this cream over 5 times it helps her a lot. This last purchase I received the wrong product, I received their frankincense cream instead. I decided to try it since their Manuka honey cream is so great. I have even recommended to family members with eczema and they have also purchased. The Frankincense cream didn’t give her any relief and her skin actually got worse. I’m disappointed because seeing as we have used up half of it trying to give it a try I now can’t return it. I will be a loyal costumer of the Manuka honey cream. We purchase about twice a month but I am leaving a 3 star for receiving the wrong product and would like some type of resolution for the mistake. My purchase was delayed and then received the wrong product so I was very disappointed and desperate to put something on her skin as we are trying to avoid steroid creams.
