Weird design and I love it!
Admittedly, I can’t say how good these are in a work setting. I bought these for a realistic Mario cosplay and they work great for that! From what I can tell they are really good quality and fairly comfortable! I imagine the rubber is fairly slip resistant on a dry surface, can’t say for ALL surfaces though. The backs of them are lined with foam so they are comfortable for a certain amount of time. They’re definitely bulky but that comes with the design. Overall, I recommend them, they’re really cool!

Good knee pads for the buck
After trying many different knee pads over the years I’ve been using these exclusively now for 6-7 years. I never use the top strap. After years of every other day usage I’ve had 2 straps rip and strap buttons break off. Seems there is no way of repair. I’m a big man so that might factor into durability. I recommend as a solid, decent comfort, knee pad for the $$$’s. 4 stars leaves room for improvement as mentioned. Edit 5-31-22, I was mistaken for suggesting there isn’t a way to repair a broken strap button. The buttons are available for repairs. It’s not easy to push the new button through the existing hole but there is a Utube vid which explains the procedure. My new rating is 4.5 stars. leave’s room for more improvement.

The best knee pads
I’ve done construction work in the trades for 40 years plus and these are just simply the best! They don’t bite into your back of your knee and they really protect your knees from getting banged around. They don’t slip down during the day and they are great for doing construction work that has you on your knees a long time.Flooring, plumbing, baseboards or anything else that requires you to be on your knees for a long period of time. The straps last a long time as well as the connectors. These kneepads are high quality all around would highly recommend them. Get some extra straps. Eventually, they are the first things to go, but these kneepads last a long, long time.

Provides comfort when kneeling
My husband uses them at work and he says they help him from hurting his knees when he kneels 80% of the time.

Think you will like!!
I’m a contractor, for me these are the best I had throughout years, just bought another pair after 20 years. Old ones straps finally give out, but knee pads still hanging on. Don’t move around on legs like most pads. I only use bottom strap.

Most comfortable of all kneepads.
The most flexible and comfortable of any of the many kneepads I've tried over the years. I keep as set in the shed for outdoor work: keeps knees dry and clean. Another in the basement workshop for indoor projects: kneeling on hard floors, countertops. They don't slide around like the hard plastic ones.Tried to buy the same style from my local orange box store but had to return them. They were stiff and the straps were too short. Also they cost more then these.
