Just about every great Cleveland hardcore band from 1988 onward revolved around Tony Erba or Dwid. Prior to stints in H-100 s and 9 Shocks Terror (and Smog Veil acts Stepsister and Amps2Eleven), Tony Erba delivered the goods with Face Value. The band played a defining role in the hardcore scene of the late 80s and early 90s, turning out furious tunes at breakneck tempos and whipping crowds nationwide into a fine froth before calling it quits in 1993. This career spanning retrospective containing 31 songs plus an insane DVD of various live performances, photos and whatnot proves once again that you can t go wrong with Cleveland. Artwork by crazed BMX bandit Ryan Humphrey.
