Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Milk Powder, 2LB (Pack of 1)

This whole milk powder is excellent quality! It mixes smoothly with water and tastes surprisingly close to fresh milk—rich, creamy, and not chalky like some other brands I’ve tried. I love having it on hand for baking, cooking, coffee, and even emergency pantry storage. It’s super convenient, especially when I don’t want to run to the store for fresh milk. The 2LB size is great value and lasts a long time. It dissolves well when whisked or shaken, and works perfectly in recipes like pancakes, sauces, and desserts.

Taste great in your coffee I used to use The one called the original coffee creamer, original dry, coffee creamer, but it has Corn syrup solid which are carbohydrates which turns into sugars in your body and I could use powdered milk in my coffee tried Powdermilk from acme and it was OK, but it was fat free. this is whole milk and taste stronger like a cow or a farm yes it reminds me of wholesome goodness it’s stronger flavor than the fat-free but I like it very much in a coffee I had powdered milk from a cardboard box before and the powdered milk took on the flavor of the cardboard box. This is packaged in a plastic jar with a lid, which keeps the flavor and does not tant the flavor., Bottom line good price good flavor good product. I will be putting this on auto once I find out how long this Jar will last my coffee in the morning now is much more enjoyable. I don’t get that weird feeling in my gut later on in the day. from living on coffee all morning. if you’re looking for a dry creamer and you really like your coffee, you owe it to yourself to try this coffee creamer, which is nothing more than dried whole milk. Nothing else nothing else that you don’t need just good wholesome dry milk. oh, OK. This taste that I am tasting is not a farm taste. It’s actually cream taste since I don’t have cream that much. Don’t even remember what cream taste like., I just came back from Walmart and got whole milk powder great value brand , it has the cardboard flavor no good , this brand from Amazon is good great flavor in coffee, tossing out Walmart brand.UPDATE 12/25 just got my order in and it’s the same good taste I missed in my coffee so happy Amazon has this it’s very hard to get good dry milk this is the best you can get no additive real milk like in the old days I will be putting this on auto order and never run out , I you want or need dry milk this is the one to get DONT BOTHER WITH OTHER BRANDS ,we the people have done that for you just read the reviews and injoy this powdered milk and I will be reading your reviews soon , the flavors are real the milk is really good, I drink 2 cups now it was 1 cup a day now it’s 2 cups at a time because it just taste great , used with tasters choice coffee and it’s heaven no bitterness just smooth taste I had to give this update because I missed this so much , throughout my coffee mate chemical concoction that they sell you as creamer it’s all unnatural and chemically derived and bad for your body.

Amazon was out of whole milk, so I took a chance on buying this. I made two quats mixed in my bullet and put it in a pitcher and put it in the fridge. Once it gold good and cold I made a bowl of honey nut cheerios. I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted just like the real thing. Not just pretty good, actually really good.

If you are a carnivore diet follower like me, then this will become a staple in your baking. I love creating recipes with milk powder, and this has been a game-changer in doing that. My only negative is that it's priced a bit higher than some other milk powders for less product.

Great taste! I put my powder in an empty half gallon bottle and added correct amount of warm water and shook it that way. So easy to do! So very convenient!

I have ordered this many times. No problems. Containers are useful when empty for small parts, etc. (I wouldn't continue to use them for food.) Cans of other brands seem to come as often dented as not.

Haven’t tried cooking with it yet, but it doesn’t taste like whole milk. One day hopefully someone will make instant milk taste great. Also something companies need to do is stop using tiny print for the instructions. Thank you.

It's just good for adding to food. It's not creamy enough to replace regular milk.
