Followed the instructions - applied evenly and waited 15 mins before attempting to massage into skin. By this point some of the cream had already dried on my forehead and around my mouth and it had it clumped like wax whilst the rest was still creamy. Ended up having to wash it all off. When on it feels refreshing and firming, just a shame it didn't live up to expectations

Lovely mask, feels great on and after, skin felt moisturised and soft for days after...great value would buy again
