**Q: How do you get it back out from under once in the car if the person cannot lift their body up?**
A: 1. It í just a piece of plastic like fabric that is friction less and not something solid that you need to removed.

2. You should just leave it there while traveling so you can adjust the person position in the seat easily. 

3. Put the seat belt on and the person will be safe in place.

4. When you take the person out there fabric in place from step 1 will allow you to take them out with ease.

This is a very simple device that is tremendously helpful. If you need help with sliding In bed too then get the larger size so you can use In both the car and in bed.
