Singular Sound Cabli: The Fast and Easy Way to Wrap, Organize, and Protect Cables,Black

Using for a 10m ethernet cable I use working from home. Takes the full cable. Easy to wind and unwind. Very happy with it.

I've got a few of these and used them to take up the slack from my guitar amp and pedal cables which I leave out, this stops me tripping over or my robot vacuum from sucking up the cables! It cannot take massively long cables though, I think my 5 metre ones have bits coming out the end still but I guess it helps. I would think if your constantly winding and unwinding cables over time it would deteriate the cable so keep that in mind if your cables are not high quality protection ones.

Love the cabli, price is only issue that stops me getting more but ideal for audio cables.

When this arrived I liked the look of the device and I expected it go work well for my needs. Note the cable winds on two sides of a divider from the middle if the cable (good idea but leaves the winder in the middle if the room/run). The unit is compact and well made. Unfortunately the LAN cable I wanted to wind was flat and about half the width of one the compartments. On winding the cable, it wound first on one side and then to the other. Unfortunately each time it crosses over it had a tendency to fall beneath the previous coil. This caused problems unwinding even jamming badly. I also tried with round cable which was less than half the width of the compartment and this did exactly the same. This may work better for larger diameter audio cables which then won't cross previous coils but I wouldn't expect you would get much cable length on the reel. Good effort but will be returning.

If there's one sure way of destroying a mic cable, this is it. Eventually received this Cabli thingy today after being given the run around by Hermes, (that's another story). I inserted a new mogami mic cable, properly, and each time I wound and pulled it out, it put a little nick in the outer rubber, never mind the bend being far, far too tight! I 'll just go back to the proper way and consign this thing to the bin unless anyone would like it.

Great product saves so much time. However would be good to have different sizes for longer lengths of cable other than this it's perfect.

The product feels a bit flimsy and is too small to take 10m pro XLR cables. It will take 6m cables easily, but I have a load of longer cables that I wanted to tidy up, so it doesn't work for me.

I use mine for data cable connection for vehicle programming! Put a magnet on back to keep it out of harms way & holds 30 ft of data/printer size cable!!

First time Singular Sound customer here. I was skeptical at first, thinking that this device was too simple to have not been made by now. I mean, think about it. Musicians carry a lot of cables, those cables all get tangled up, ALL THE TIME. It's a total pain in the ass and as a bass player, I have enough heavy crap to carry all the time. This thing has sped up my set up time and tear down time by nearly 30 min to an hour. When I use it at home just for fun, my living room is not a tangled mess full of cables. (I have 4 of Cabli's now). In seconds it all gets wrapped up by using the reel. The product itself is very sleek and easy to use. The strap on the back of it makes using the reel very easy, the handle folds out, the cables are not overly kinked (I thought they would be but I checked the minimum bend radius a 1/4" cable can sustain and it is within spec for the Cabli) and the cables are protected once wound up. The best part is, it works on ANY 1/4" cable. I use it for my microphone cables, standard 1/4", XLR, anything basically. I think if you play music professionally or even for fun, the Cabli is worth every penny. It is really a must-have for any musician who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of tangled cables. I'd say recording studios should have these things on hand, think about how much time you save, and for a studio time = money. Anyway, I usually don't give reviews on products because I am lazy. But this one deserves it 5-star ingenious device by Singular Sound. Will probably be buying these to give to friends as gifts.
