Q: Is this a good gift for birthdays?

If the recipient is a model car with a loose wheel, then yes. If it's a special person in your life, well then, there are much better presents than a tiny bag of half-functional collars (many of the ones I received in the bulk pack were poorly machined and did not work...it was a bag of 'left overs' in my opinion). Ask for a Lego kit if you want a birthday present.

They do, unfortunately usually a lazy seller makes the listing and skips out on going to the Du-Bro site and adding the full description. Then other sellers have a difficult time getting Amazon to correct the listing for unknown reasons.
