Nice kit for easy install
Worked well with my ductless air conditioner for sliding glass doors on glassed in porch. I ordered the larger diameter hose and it worked well with my system.

It works and fits 93 inch tall door!
The media could not be loaded. Happy with it. It’s more sturdy than expected, the interlocking pieces work better than what came with my Honeywell a/c unit. (Except for the end piece adapter)The only downside is you have to use the end hose adapter that comes with it, at least for the 5.1 size, as my own end piece adapters are slightly too large. The end piece is not as durable as what I already had.It easily extended up to 93 inches to fit my tall sliding glass door. Probably could extend up to about 95 with no issues. If you had an even taller door just buy 2 units as you could easily add another interlocking piece onto it.I still need to weather strip it and likely plan to buy that at the hardware store. Also, I have a 2nd one I’m using in a tall window, so this works perfectly for windows too. It works and I’m sitting cool at the moment!

It's the only option, but not a very good one.
This does work, and it's easy to assemble but it is NOT universal because it definitely doesn't match with a Dessani portable AC (sold at Home Depot). I had to cut off one end of the (shorter) Dessani hose to make it work. Also, and I'm surprised other reviews don't say this, you can't do a proper installation and still use your slider. I opted to use gravity and allow some gaps so it could be removed readily when not in use. I'm giving it four stars nonetheless, only because there don't appear to be any other options.

This is what you need, Patio doors can be tricky, this takes care of unsightly DIY kluge's. 5 stars!
Precisely what I needed. Everything fit together perfectly. It replaces the embarrassing kluge I had made myself! It took about 45 minutes. I laid all the components out, assembled, fit in the door area and DONE! I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling ability AND the noise. I didn't realize how badly the SS Kluge was leaking and sending hot air back into the living room. Removing it at the end of the season will be a snap. VERY happy!

Hose not fitting correctly-Midea model
Kit came complete but does not work well with my Midea air conditioner. Hose provide does not mount correctly to air conditioner and the hose I already have with my air conditioner does not work with the kit. There is no Foam seal provided either. It works but its hillbilly setup for now. Still search for correct adapters if they exist..

It Fits!
I dont have any windows in my room so i needed an attachment for the balcony door. It is a little flimsy, but with enough securing it works great. The weather tape provided kept peeling off, so i just bought my own and so far it has stayed secured. I put a strip on both the attachment and my sliding door, as well as a few pieces behind the attachment to keep it from wobbling. I recommend you get some double sided mounting tape to secure it even more. I used the 5.9”attachment for an A5407-8K air conditioner.

Great product
This product is awesome and a long time coming. I have 64in windows and the venting that goes with the air-condition fall miserable short. For better insulation and noise alleviating I use the small insulation tubes for outdoor pipes. Works like a dream.... My only complaint is why can't we get these in colors??

Taped it to the wall so it wouldn't fall off
This seemed like a genius idea. In the past we had fabric things that took up the whole door and you had to unzip it to get outside. You also couldn't see through them, which very annoying.I bought this back in April when I first saw them. I swear there were not two sizes listed or else I would have measured our exhaust tube. I ended up with the small one and we have the big tube.My the time we went to install it, we past the return window. I communicated with the seller through Amazon messaging. I asked if there was an adaptor. He asked if the product number of the bigger one would work and I said yes. Heard nothing back. Finally asked him about if he was offering to switch it out or not and he said they come from China and there are no adaptors. Why did he keep emailing me if there was nothing he could do?Finally it got hot here are we went to install it. It's a complete joke and not in a funny way. The plastic is flimsy and the skinnier "inner" panels that slip into the wider "outer" ones have an extra quarter to half inch of open space after you close the sliding door against it.We could not get it to stand up on its own so we finally taped it to the plastic frame around the sliding glass door. Our tube turned out to be extra complicated because our main tube was the bigger size but it had a size down joint on it to the smaller size. It just wouldn't connect with the provided out-vent part that clicks into the hole in this product. So we taped them together too.We used their weather stripping to try to close up the gaps. It fell off so I ordered a better quality product on Amazon. The gaps between the smaller and larger with plastic sheets sometimes required two layers so we could close the sliding glass door against it and have minimal gaps. Turns out that that stuff doesn't like to be taped in two layers together either, so some of that isn't staying on. More tape is probably in the future.I REALLY want this to work and like it. I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews. I'm usually pretty good at making something like this work (even if it needs to be finessed) that I was super frustrated. So, thanks to a lot of tape, it's doing its job and next summer I'll look for another brand. Maybe someone makes it out of aluminum or something other than flappy plastic that will have more "standing" power.
