I’ve never used a facial exfoliator before, it comes out of the pump as liquid but rubs on drier, it kinda feels like I’m putting raw egg on my face, esp when it starts drying. It’s a bit of a weird feeling, and taking it off takes a bit longer than I expected it to take, but after it’s completely off my face was sooo soft and any rough/dry patches on my face were gone. It also brightened up my skin after one use. 10/10 for me.

I bought this product because I was finally able to get rid of my acne using other Bye Bye Blemish products and wanted this just for the hyperpigmentation. First thing i noticed was that although it was wrapped (not in a box) the product was not full. It also had white flecks in it. I paid no mind because i saw some reviews where the pics had the same white spots and they said it worked great. 1st, it wouldn't come out of the pump. The consistency was extremely thick. I tried just the smallest amount and the white flecks immediately turned to glue on my face. I didn't even have it on for 5 seconds and that patch on my face turned bright red and my complexion is not the lightest. After some research and reading up on the negative reviews, turns out the white pieces are MOLD. Since it didn't come in a box, I have no idea what the expiration date is supposed to be. I do have 2 other face washes that have white spots in it, but that's on purpose which is another reason why i didn't think too much about it. From my understanding this product is supposed to be somewhat yellowish but clear. That is not what I received. Like another reviewer said, do not buy from this seller.

Let me start off by saying I didn’t purchase this here on Amazon — I bought it in the skincare section of my local grocery store. However, I know a lot of people (like myself) come to Amazon for reviews.The first time I used this, all it did was ball up and get horribly stuck to what little fine hairs were on my face. It didn’t just rinse off with water like it says — I spent a good 20 minutes with a wash cloth and almost started panicking because it was taking so much effort to get off.I used it again today, and it worked great — came off with warm water and my hands in a matter of a few minutes. The difference was that I shaved every bit of peach fuzz from my face before giving it a second chance. My face feels wonderful after using it this time.So, if you plan to give this a chance, shave your face first. If this stuff gets a hold of a tiny piece of hair you’re in for some pain.

I can believe how bright, and soft my skin look after washing my face with this product I really love it !

I have been using this product for years and have loved it until now. The best by date is 8/2026, but whenever I have tried to order this product lately it shows up looking contaminated. There have been white fluffy spots in the product that I suspect to be mold, so have had to return it. Have hoped they would fix this issue since this product is hard to find, but nope. Buyer beware.
