Mobility Independence - Great Scooter
Received the scooter in just 5 days and it was very well packaged. It took less than 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. Super easy assembly!! 5mph is a lot faster than you think when you're in the seat. Easy maneuverability, tighter turning radius than I expected. I had read where the horn and backup notification was extremely loud....it's not as loud as I expected. It's loud enough so that people around you will hear it, but not overly loud. When walking a long distance, I struggle to breath. This scooter now allows me to go watch my grandkids play baseball, go to marching band competitions and I can get outside and ride along with my grandkids while they are riding their bikes. Take it camping and still be able to ride around the campground (on paved road) and enjoy nature. I can now go to the near by convenient store, take a stroll through my neighborhood. Having this scooter gives me the opportunity to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I have zero complaints/issues with this scooter. It is definitely serving its purpose.

Tiny Nana(96) has independence
My 96 year old grandmother broke her hip a few months ago. She used to be fairly active for her age before that, but the break really slowed her down. I live 2 blocks down the street from her and she used to walk down often, but under the circumstances obviously she can’t anymore. She became depressed and moved around even less. She refuses to move in with me, and my tribe won’t fit in her house, so I surprised her with the scooter in case she needs to get to me for any reason. She has really perked up and visits almost daily for lunch and a bit of gossip! She aspires to drive around our quiet neighborhood and go to the corner store for a soda like she used to before she broke her hip. It has given her back a sense of the life she thought she would have to totally give up. Also, it makes her “feel like less of a burden” because she can zip down to my house for a meal instead of me “catering to her” and dropping meals off to her. (Her words, not mine!) When delivered, the box is heavy, but I managed to get it in the house by myself (42F). The scooter was easy to assemble and charge. She is a tiny woman (4’10”, 75lbs) and has only made little 4 block round trips daily for about two weeks, so the battery has almost a full charge still. Our street is bumpy with lots of potholes, so she keeps it on slow mode most of the time for safety, but the fast mode on a smooth surface (grocery store/newer street) would be fine. It has no shocks so taking a bump makes it feel very unstable. Also I would think that tall people might not have enough legroom. She is able to maneuver it easily, and the steering takes a very light touch. It meets her needs perfectly, and it was a fairly economical choice, compared to other models I priced. Having a little help to keep active has really lifted her spirits and restored her independence and dignity. Just keep in mind she is little and light, and uses the scooter less than an hour a day. If you are in a different situation with different needs, your outcome may very well be different.

A Game Changer but with a few caveats
Having COPD it is impossible for me to walk any great distances even with O2. I recently moved into a neighborhood I would have 5 years ago considered a paradise to walk in. But, health prevents that so I did the next best thing and got this scooter. Let me start by saying this has been a game changer for me. It's now been 4 months since I purchased this. For the most part, I am still very pleased with it. I'm getting around and doing things I wasn't able to beforehand. As for the scooter, the tires are plastic and hold up well however it does make for a bumpy ride at times. Not all sidewalks are created equal. Pneumatic tires may have been a better choice but this is minor compared to relying on others to even just go to the connivence store. I love the basket. The front holds my O2 machine and then some and the back basket is a great size. The throttles are easy to use either hand or finger. I've had only one issue over the last few months. During a ride, I guess I hit a dip that was a bit much on the scooter. No worries, I was riding along fine but then I started to hear 2 short beeps. A quick Chatgpt query told me what was happening. I limped home a few feet at a time. I would have to cut the bike off, lather rinse repeat till I got home. Turns out the battery either got a bit jostled and was not making a proper connection or it needed to be reseeded. In any event, it was an easy fix and I'm back out on these mean sidewalks! Happy scootering!

Great scooter, great price
I bought this for my 12-year old son, who has mobility issues stemming from a brain injury. He has limited use of his left hand, but the way the controls are arranged, he can use either hand to move forward or reverse. The seat is comfortable, and the baskets are handy. It breaks down nicely for transport. The range is impressive. We went on a six-mile walk and had battery to spare. It handles gravel and trimmed grass decently. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good for short legged people.
I have to give this 3 stars. CONS: I am 5.5 tall. Average weight. There is very little leg room and we made as many adjustments as possible for the best fit. I would not want to ride this for very long at one time because of this. Also the 9" tires are a rougher ride than the 8" tires on most of this type of scooter. The seat wobbles some. Nothing can be done about that. The armrests are not padded. I had a scooter previously that was very similar. Also similar in price -- but longer in length and with 8" tires. and everything was tight. Much more comfortable. I wish I would have just kept it now. PROS: It was shipped quickly and everything works well. I am not totally unhappy with it, but 2 or 3 more inches in length would sure make difference.

Good battery life
Works as it should we bought it for Disney it has a good battery life it's cheaper to buy one that it is direct one twice grab yourself a seat cushion because the seat is really hard and makes your back and rear end go numb
