It' is high in sugar (as any lime curd would be), so I mix it with a good lime yogurt, and 8 oz of Cream Cheese. (look for recipes, that's just how I made one of mine). Great tasting, good quality and is less expensive than my previous brand. I add a few drops of green food coloring, to bring in more "Lime" color. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful flavor *by H***R on September 17, 2025* This has a wonderful flavor. It’s extra good mixed with some cottage cheese. I used Daisy brand cottage cheese. Other brands often have a salty flavor, so they might taste different. The jars are shipped in a sturdy, reusable box. I’ve loved every product I’ve tried from this company. They use good ingredients and the jars are always fresh and well sealed. The texture of their curds are like pudding or sour cream. Just the right consistency. The products aren’t overly sweet and they all have tasted like homemade so far. They go wonderfully with toast, English muffins or yogurt for a nice, cheerful breakfast or snack. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast delivery and tastes wonderful *by D***A on November 20, 2024* This curd arrived sooner than expected. I will be using to make a key lime pie as one of the dessert choices at Thanksgiving (receipe on the Stonewall Kitchen website). I attached a picture showing the excellent packaging that kept product from breaking or leaking. Well sealed and you can see the size of the jar in the second picture. Lemon curd is easy to find at any grocery store, but lime not so much. I have made key lime pie making my own curd before but find that the one on Stonewall Kitchen is faster and easier so when I have two other pies (pumpkin and pecan) to make, time and clean up matters.
