Excellent For Gut Health!
My husband and I started drinking this every morning and it's definitely preventing any constipation! We mix it with Berkey filtered water, coconut water and a splash of Pom. Tastes better and even healthier. Only drawback is you have to gulp it down FAST or you'll be spooning out the bottom half inch because it has gelled. Word of warning: this doesn't dissolve as well as Metamucil. Buy a frother so you can get it mixed in.

Taste is absolutely HORRENDOUS!
This is quite literally the worst tasting supplement I have ever tried. There is no way my husband nor I can drink this. I have 3 sealed bottles left of the 4 purchased that cannot be returned. I ordered multiple bottles since it was on such a good sale... Lesson learned!

It works and is so easy to take.
I love that Stevia is the sweetener. I was introduced to this product by my sister who was visiting, trying what she had been using. It was the same brand but was using brown sugar as a sweetener. It was really good ~ but I didn’t want that much sugar and was delighted to see that the company made the same product, but with Stevia.
