Liberty FurnitureINDUSTRIES, INC. Summer House Slat Back Side Chair (RTA) (Set of 2)

On 3/12/23, I paid an order total of $368.49. The quality of the product was excellent. I did a buy it again on 4/8/23, with an order total of $405.87. The quality of the product was a disappointment. The chair backs had minor damage at the top with paint missing and showing bare wood. This is something that should have been discovered during the quality control check prior to packaging. Oh well, lesson learned. It could have been worse. To cope with the disappointment, I chalk it up to added character to the chairs. I placed the chairs in a location where the damage will be less noticeable.

I ordered two pairs of these chairs. The first set is perfect- sturdy, nice looking, just as described. The next day I opened up the 2nd box and it’s like it’s full of returned and rejected pieces. There are scuff masks, ink or paint stains, gouges. Some of the bolts are stripped, the packaging was all off with legs floating around without the interior box. There’s tape with writing on one chair back. So odd and disappointing.

Well built sturdy chairs with a nicely upholstered cushioned seat. Easy to assemble.The first chair shipment we received was damaged in shipment. Contacted manufacturer through Amazon website & they shipped us new chairs that were perfect. They picked up old chairs. Love the Liberty quality furniture & received great customer service.
