These are amazing. After I had my son the little belly buldge above my c section scar has been nightmare. All the underwear I have sits right on my scar, which is a pain in the butt. These are great. Very high waisted, soft, and do not ride up.I'm a big gal, around 220 lbs, I got the 3xl and I still had some room, which was nice.***Just a note... After I threw the package away I saw on the back a barcode and at the end of the bar code it said FAT. Yes, I'm overweight, something I have struggled with ever since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I used to be around 140 lbs, I was very fit; but life happens, babies happen, diseases happen, medications don't help, and so on. It doesn't change how awesome this product is, but I think whoever sticks those barcodes on the back should be a little careful...?

First impression:Colors were just as depicted. Bright and colorful. Packed nicely in plastic and rolled up. It’s made of 95% cotton, 5% spandex. I am giving 4 stars because for the price, I expected more. I do think that this pack is better than retail if you are looking for underwear with slight compression, but it isn’t much. The “compression” is just a sewn in double upper layer with about 3/4 an inch of a flexible band. I was expecting the band to be a lot thicker. I am 145 lb, 5’7 athletic build. I usually wear a medium and I’m a size 6-8.Fit:I ordered a medium. Fits perfectly. The only change I would make is that the seams around the legs are a little tight. Other than that these give me the slight lower belly support I wanted. I bought these with the intention of being “period panties” or underwear that I can wear when my stomach hurts. These do give me a little more support than I would usually get so I like them for that purpose. I will note that these are not high waisted. They can be worn high but stop about 3 inches from the navel. These will definitely be seen through any pants you wear because the seams are thick. I would recommend for use around the house or sleep underwear.

I bought two of the best-selling high-waisted underwear brands on Amazon, to compare them. One was this brand (INNERSY) and the other was wirarpa. In the composite image I've included, wirarpa is on top, and INNERSY is on the bottom. As you can see from the photo comparison, the wirarpa waistband lays completely flat on the body, while INNERSY tends to roll forward where the fabric pulls on the elastic. They both stay up nicely, but I like the completely flat profile best, especially under dresses. The crotch gusset on INNERSY brand is superior because it extends slightly more forward, covering all of one's lady-bits. Wirarpa's crotch gusset is set further back, so one's lady-bits hit RIGHT on the front seam. It's not the most comfortable thing and requires effort to tug-adjust before continuing to dress. Wirarpa also has less fabric around the front legholes, so if you're postpartum or just have a bit of a tummy, you may find the legholes to be gappy, whereas INNERSY's legholes provide excellent coverage. These aren’t binding AT ALL. They don’t pinch or ride up or feel confining while providing a bit of structure and staying put. They don't roll down when I bend over. I don’t know who designed them or what black magic they used, but I literally threw away all of my other underpants. When I lose weight and am a size six again (hahahah), I will buy these in a smaller size. FOREVER!

I recently had a c-section and these are a lifesaver! They rise way above the incision, and offer compression to hold a thick bandage in place to protect my incision. Such a great product!

These are the most comfortable underpants I have ever had. The material is soft and breathable. They sit just below your belly button but the waistband is flat and wide which does not cause any bumps or muffin tops. I will continue to buy and wear this brand! The size large is actually a US size 12 and indicated on the label in the back of the pants.

Love these, will be buying more. They are nice and soft, but also provide a firm hold (cuts down on "jiggling") without being so firm at the waistband that they cause love handles. I carry my extra weight in my stomach and sides, so the leg openings are just right. If you are more pear-shaped they might not be quite a comfortable.

I read the sizing chart very carefully and selected the size it indicated I should get. When I got it I tried it on before washing and it fit ok, but a little bit snug. However, after washing the underwear shrunk an entire size! I wash in cold water and dry tumble dry low, yet they shrunk considerably and now are too tight to wear. Wish I could return for a refund. Definitely would advise people to order a size up.

I absolutely love these. I keep buying more. So comfy and hold in my flab a little to help smooth me out when I'm wearing high waisted clothing. Never get wedgies and they don't roll down light other high waisted underwear I've bought.

Absolute the best undies ever. Don’t think, just buy. Worth every penny. I’m a chubbier lady with an odd shape and struggle with finding comfy underwear and these are perfect! I immediately bought another set. Love them!

very soft, I am a size 14 with extra tummy and this style provides support. I got the XL and it fits well, though I do wonder if a L may fit well too as they are stretchy.

Super comfortable. I bought them to use during recovery from my csection. I find that I still use them as they are very comfortable!

I must say that this is the first undie report ive given but these are the best EVER!! LOVE THEM
