Absolute favorite baking flour. Turns out right every time
This is my go to flour and I sent this as a gift to one of my friends that lives in an area where this kind of stuff was very hard to get if not impossible. I did it as a surprise and didn’t tell her. Unfortunately there was a shipping problem and it never arrived. I’ve used it though many times in the past and it is my favorite baking flour

I like the choices of flours King Arthur offers. They work for all my cooking and baking. The website offers some very good recipes, and they are very helpful people. Due to my fibromyalgia causing chemical sensitivity, I use everything organic. Thank you, King Arthur, for providing this option for me.

The bag was busted and taped back to gether. The product was out of date also. My cookies were stale.. To save the king i placed in the oven and cooked 2 hours at 160 degrees to restore freshness. It was better but not the quality I normally get from my cookies.
