Works great
Very easy to mold and use. It works great to help grinding or clenching teeth. It's very comfortable and is a perfect fit.

Must be trimmed like most. No scent. Holds up well.
I had been looking for a different set of mouth guards for bruxism due to a prior brand smelling like a plastic swamp on a recent purchase. These have almost no scent, and they seem to be made and cured properly. I have no idea how or why some of these products absolutely reek of plastic and chemicals, but I am not ever accepting a product again that does. It's not normal. Don't accept it. In store you are basically getting fleeced, paying upward of 15 bucks for ONE plastic or silicone guard. This is a great deal by that standard. They list silicone for these, but I am not quite sure what they are made from. It works much better than some of these store bought ones that claim to be made with vinyl or other chemicals. I shredded a couple of those ones in days from Walmart. These hold up quite well for the cost. I'd say I usually start to see degradation after a couple weeks, and these are still looking okay. I expect a guard to last about 2 weeks to 1 month for me personally, and that's why the 12 pack is such a huge issue. A lot of guards start to break apart, and you might be eating those bits if the deterioration becomes too much. Nobody in their right mind should pay 15 dollars for what amounts to a tiny bit of chemicals in a mold that will last two weeks. They are very easily made overseas or even in the US. That is why Honeybull is giving you 12 of them here. Because they are still making good profit. Now imagine the profit on selling 1 of these for basically the same price lol! And with worse quality! By their factory mold these do NOT fit in your mouth well. You NEED to trim these. In fact you need to TRIM ALL MOUTH GUARDS TO FIT YOUR UNIQUE MOUTH. I do NOT boil them but put them into hot water to get semi-molded. Use a small sauce pan for the least amount of water wasted. Never do 20 seconds of boiling water ever. It's complete overkill and almost always ruins or partially ruins the mold. You don't necessarily want a deformed mold that is softer than normal, as that will lead to degradation for many quickly. Just start with 5 seconds in not quite boiling water and go from there. These are big guards even for the slim version. Cut the back section of the guard off completely to your preference, and then trim the height so it fits in your mouth. Adjust as needed as you trim. I trim the front wall almost completely off. This is necessary so you can fit the entire guard in your mouth, close it, and sleep without drooling. What you are left with is basically more of a half piece guard, and this is EXACTLY what you need. You should be able to breathe and close your mouth completely with this guard in. Can't? You haven't trimmed your guard properly. Follow these directions and this guard will be absolute heaven at night. Minimal or no drool. Covers all relevant teeth. Nothing jutting in between your lips to crowbar your mouth open leading to drool on pillows. After a couple wears you barely notice them. I cut basically the entire mold to what amounts to a mostly flat tray in my mouth, leaving the centered tongue protector on. When I bite down most of the pressure is spread from the front to the middle, and the smaller guard works better because your mouth feels in a more natural state. Even when biting hard, a smaller guard should protect all teeth without needing a section to cover the back. I have severe bruxism at night, and this seems to be work best for me while allowing me to breathe and sleep on my side. One should be able to CLOSE their entire mouth without leaking on their side. If you cannot close your mouth with this in it and be comfortable, then you have NOT trimmed your guard properly. It's that simple. So far this is the best deal for mouth guards I have found. The silicone, or whatever, material seems to hold up quite well, though, slight degradation will get to it after a couple weeks like always. But so far they have kept a pretty smooth and robust appearance compared to some of the more useless and softer guards, which do not hold up for even a week. Lastly, I always soak my guard in some soap and water before use anyway. Just to get any gunk off that might be from the factory. That's about all you need to know for these mouth guards. I hope you find what you need. Bruxism sucks!

Great product once successfully shaped
Great over the counter mouth guard. Helps with doing anymore damage when clenching at night. I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t keep getting stuck to the side of the pot when boiling, otherwise great product once finally successfully shaped.

Enhhh.
Though I ordered small, these are very big and thick. I had to trim lots and it’s kind of coarse on the cut edges. Also it was hard to smooth it out after heating. Became thin over my teeth but still thick in roof of mouth. Not as comfortable as another I had several years ago (and I forgot what brand that was.). Six in the box so I’ll keep trying to perfect the “boil and bite”.

Excellent for the price
I dont get the people who complain about these mouth guards. If they have as much difficulty forming one of these guards to their teeth as they claim then they must have a great deal of difficulty in other, fairly simple areas of their lives as well! These are pretty decent grind guards for the price and you get a whole lot of them. Are they the same quality as the grind guards that cost more than $50 each? I dont know since Id never pay that much for a little rubber grind guard but I doubt it. Even so, there is nothing wrong with these whatsoever. As long as you can follow simple instructions, that is. I boiled some water, let one of these guards sit in it for a minute or two and then put in my mouth and formed it to my teeth using my fingers and tongue. Then I trimmed it to fit a bit more comfortably, soaked it in the hot water for another minute or two and then reformed it to smooth out the edges where I had cut it to fit. I managed to do this and successfully made a comfortably fitting guard on my first attempt. So then I repeated the process to make a back up guard in case I misplace the 1st OR in case my dog decides that the 1st makes a great chew toy or something. The second guard I made came out even a little better than the 1st. The advertising for these guards state that they are so thin that you might "forget that you are wearing one" but I probably wouldnt go that far. Properly formed and trimmed to your teeth though, and they are not uncomfortable at all. So dont listen to the negative reviewers who say that these guards cant be properly formed or that these guards are extremely thick and uncomfortable. These guards are pretty much what any reasonable person would expect them to be.

I suppose they'll do in a pinch, but they're awful.
I clench my teeth so bad in my sleep, that I've developed TMJ, which is basically nerve pain in the jaw. I was recommended to start using a mouth guard to sleep. I found that they can get expensive, and my first on was from the brand Sova. It's a harder plastic and only one is like $25. I decided to try this cheaper option when that wore down. I figured it's a softer silicone, there's multiple, and it's affordable. Well here's what's the problem. It's difficult to work with when trimming it down to fit in the mouth, sure you could soften it before that but I feel like it might just screw it up and make it difficult to remold after that. It's too thick even after buying the thin one and working at it to make it thinner in the mouth. It ends up being so large it covers more than half of the upper pallet. And the final thing is that when I woke up the next day my whole mouth hurt so bad that my husband immediately told me to just buy the expensive one again. I don't recommend this one at all.

Efficace
Très bien. 20s dans l'eau bouillante puis le mouler a la forme des dents en le mordant et en appuyant de l'intérieur avec la langue et de l'extérieur avec les doigts, puis découper l'excès.
