Stopped working after one hour!?
I got this product yesterday. It really helped my sore back/neck/shoulders. I ran it four times in a row (20 min each) and it wouldn't work the rest of the night. Today it is working again. Not sure why. I didn't realize it doesn't work unplugged. Also didn't realize you can't run just the heat without the massage and that it doesn't get hot at all. The massage is INTENSE! Really helped.

Day one, has gotten every kink I have out! It's too new to be certain, but I think because if this I'll be done with my masseus, so obviously I'm extremely happy with this product! If things change in the next few days I will adjust my review.

A Little Heavy, but otherwise Fabulous!
I like this Neck and Back Massager, but I really wish it wasn't so heavy. The center is pretty heavy due to the balls and the mechanism that makes it work. I understand, I just wish it was lighter. I have a pinch nerve in my neck and shoulders, so I was hoping to be able to toss it around the back of my neck and then carefully grab the other side. I think if I were to do that, I might actually knock myself out! haha. But, Once you have it in place, it feels amazing. But again, if you have any type of upper back issues, it may be a little difficult for you to get it in place. There is a power button to turn it off and on, another button to change the direction of the rotating balls and then the Heat on/off button. It also has a timer, so it will automatically shut off after 20 minutes... just in case you fall asleep. Overall, I was very happy with my new massager! Don't use on your feet
This is an awesome massager, it works very well on the neck and back. My wife was trying to show me how it works on her feet and her heel got stuck in between the two massagers and bruised her whole foot. There should be a warning not to use it on your feet. We still gave it four stars because it works very well on your back and neck.

This massager has freed me from giving daily massages to the wife! Priceless!
I am writing this review despite not having used this device once.However, my wife uses this thing daily, at least 10 minutes every night and usually more ever since I got it for her for Christmas. She loves it and uses it on the back of her neck, under her legs, on her back, everywhere except her upper arms. The heat setting is great and so far we have no issues with it.But I love this thing more than she does, why? Before getting this I was the massager. At least every other day I had to massage her neck/shoulders and legs until my hands were sore. Since getting this I have massaged just her arms a couple times - the tricep area, which she has yet to find a position that works with this massager. Beyond that she is self-massage sufficient. AWESOME! Hooray for me! I figure this device will allow me to do something other than give massages for at least 90 hours/year.At the rate my wife uses this massager, I will be happy if it lasts a year or two. Even at one year, and given the purchase price and time it saves me, it is like paying $1 per hour for me not massaging. What a deal!

well worth every penny, and then some
gives deep massage, pressure readily customizable due to the super functional wrap-around handles. conveniently, this also allows you to use it anywhere along your entire spine that aches. sighs of relief from people with chronic tension and deep pain. if I had 20 thumbs they'd all be up.
