Great for relieving tension
I bought this hoping it would help with my tense neck and shoulders - working from home during lockdown means we often forget how long we've been hunched over our laptops for! I've only used it twice so far but I could definitely see an improvement - after about 10 minutes my muscles were relaxed and the pain was gone (mind you, I don't have chronic pain or anything too serious, so you may need to use it more frequently or for longer, depending on your condition).The equipment is well made and looks sturdy enough to last me a lifetime, and the longer strap worked really well wrapped around the door knob - not too long so that it touches the floor, but low enough to feel comfortable during use. The pack includes 2 different size door straps, the head support, a flexible cord, an eye mask (with plenty of other uses - think sleeping on a plane or in a bright room) and a hand grip ring (which I've yet to try). It all comes neatly stored in a little string bag, which is great for storing it when not in use. All in all, a very good product that works really well for me - I think it's good value for money.

It looks good but doesn't really deliver.
I bought it as a present to my partner, who works from home and could've benefited from such device. But after testing it a few times, we both haven't felt any different, plus it's not exactly calming to lie die on the floor, thinking that somebody might ignore the sign and bush your head with the door. It also doesn't look good to keep it attached to the door, and to put it away in a bag every time... at some point you just give up and leave it somewhere in the draw. Thats what happened to our purchase anyway. If you really want it, I think an old, long, knitted scarf would do the job just as good, for a trial.

Dont buy if you have a neck injury. May work for just tension.
This made my neck problem much worse as stretches your head and neck in upward traction rather than backwards to relieve pressure. Got a refund

Very helpfull product!!
very fast shipping!i had it only 2 days after purchase it!i find this product very helpfull,i bought it since i have problems with my back and my neck so i find myself often with back/neck pain and head heach,everything its well organized with a small bag to take everything with you,it will take a couple of minutes at the beginning to understand the best way to use it as you need to find a good spot where to attach it but the manufacturer thought to put in the box a couple of extra straps in this way even without a railing you can use it simply connecting the straps to the door handle!after few minutes i started to feel much better and all the muscle tension of my neck released,the product came also with an handy eyes cover mask so you can totally relax while using it and also a silicone anti stress ring good to reactivate the blood circulation in your hands!for his cost definitely worth the shot!

Used Twice didn’t expect such quick relief pain in neck and shoulder muscles gone.
Totally relieved the tension in my back and neck. Used the picture rail above bed adjusted it to 4 inches above mattress had the most refreshing 15 mins sleep. Tension virtually gone in neck and shoulder muscles. Tried same following day fell asleep for 35 to 45 mins woke up totally refreshed tension in shoulders and neck gone. Walked around rest of d au and evening with a smile on my face.74 yrs.Old felt like 24 yrs. old.

Just what the Osteopath orderd
If you have ever had a good Osteopath who stretches your neck because of problems this has the same effect in my book at any rate only problem is it's too long so I just shuffled myself further away from the door otherwise does the job

impossible to adjust
Totally impossible to adjust at the recommended height with the straps provided. Poor instruction leaflet didn't help at all. Had to improvise by using TRX straps in order to find a comfortable position, but then the area to use it was unsuitable.Useless unless it is equipped with a proper adjustment system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not doubting that this product does not work, however I received it damaged and items listed was also missing so I am unable to verify.I am returning this item for a full refund.
