Works well!
Bought this for my mom who has severe hearing loss and still has some issues even with a hearing aid. This is a game changer!

Didn’t work with my Mom’s phones
A friend recommended this as my Mom has hearing issues. She has 2 corded phones she uses. When I installed this amplifier (tried it on each one), the phones could not be used as it prevented a proper connection making the phones “off the hook”. No dial tone. As an engineer I tried several things to no avail. I was very hopeful but didn’t work for us.

Phone Hearing Amp
My telephone company doesn't have anything to help me with louder volumn. This thing really helps me and it's easy to install.

Added noise to calls
While it did bump up the volume, it also added so much noise to the calls that my Mother gave up on it.

Amplifier
This in-line amplifier has been a life saver for my mother since purchased. Before she had it you could hardly shout loud enough into your phone for her to be able to hear you. Now we can have normal conversations and she is able to hear those pesky telemarketers clearly enough to hang up on them right away. The only issue was that the advertisement did not make clear that it will not work with a phone that has the keypad on the handset, necessitating a purchase of a phone with the keypad on the base (easily found on Amazon).

Does not help at all, I use hearing aids and can’t use land lines and this thing doesn’t help.

IMPORTANT- if cordless- keypad canNOT be on handset to work
I learned the hard way… I finally listened to the clarity “how to” YouTube video on how this works and they note- product will NOT work if your handset has keypad on it- they must be separate. I believe this is why so many people have had an issue with it

Amplified voice too much
Amplified voice too much even on lowest setting. I could not use.

The ability to tune it in to my desire was terrific. It worked better than I imagined.

Still not loud enough
Before I start to give you a base I cant hear anything not even the phone with a loud ringer. At full boost and volume 100% I can hear but have to really concentrate if I had a 120% it would be great
