It's just gorgeous, for starters. Even the box it comes in is gorgeous. I'm actually on my second bottle. I got the first one as a gift and I kept the sleeve off so I could see the crystals. That was why I needed to buy a new one: I dropped it, and it shattered. So with this second one, I am using the sleeve, sigh. But I do live being able to use either tea bags or loose leaf tea in this, and I've also bought other crystals to put in the bottom. I switch them out periodically.

Best gift I ever bought myself!! Buying two more for friends. Comes beautifully packaged in cylinder gift box, three velvet pouches, one for each crystal type. Arrived quickly and packed well.

I purchased one of these for my friend in 2022. Sadly, the bottom portion between the water and the crystals recently cracked. I opted to purchase a different style of crystal water bottle, and was very disappointed in what I received. It came with very few small fragmented crystals.Do not make the mistake I did by trying to go with a less expensive version. You truly get what you pay for and this bottle is the highest quality with the best stones.

I got this as a gift for my sister, she loved it, very pretty crystals, very pretty water bottle. I would love it more if it came with a leek prof lid and a straw .

This is the first time I have order from Osana and when I opened it, the packaging really impressed my wife. She got so excited. I was looking at a lot of Gem Water bottle brands but I decided to go with Osana because it came with 3 different crystal options, and a tea strainer/infuser with a protective bottle sleeve.I also ordee it because I just learned how if our DNA is deprived of just 8% less water it will not function correctly. In addition, that our DNA requires structured water. Structure water can be created using crystals. So we are giving it a try to gain the possible health benefits.I really recommend this brand.

Update: Just no. Recieved it the 28th of April and it broke on it's own on the 17th of May. I had luke warm tea in it, took a drink, put the lid on, went to set it down and the entire top glass and all separated from the bottle. No warning cracking sound nothing. Just warm tea all over my lap. Which is sad really. It is a beautiful bottle, but between the leaking lid that got worse and oh yeah the lid cracking off in my hand trying to scald me, just not worth the money.It is a beautiful bottle. I love the 3 crystal choices. Mine leaks a little, but I cannot tell if it is residual water inside the lid from over filling (which is a huge possibility and probability) or it is leaking. I did have the same problem with one of the rings falling out. I pushed it back in with the handle of a spoon and all works fine. I also use that one on the crystal side since I do not need to worry about leaking on that side. I do wish it was double walled as it does not keep your drinks hot or cold, and you have to use the sleeve for hot because it burns your hands, which is sad because you cannot show the beauty of the bottle. The lack of insulating is not a problem for me. I rarely ever finish a drink at the desired temperature. Just a heads up if you are expecting this to keep your drinks at a certain temperature. They packaged it wonderfully so no complaints there.

My sister was thoroughly delighted to receive this for her birthday. It comes in a lovely cylindrical box (which is shipped in very strong bubble wrap - this vendor takes care of the product!) and there is also an instruction leaflet included. One set of stones is already installed in the bottom of the bottle, and each of the other two sets of stones are in their own velvet bag. The infuser is a also very sturdy, and will be very useful for brewing tea or infusing fruits.This set is also incredibly beautiful. The bottle and both end caps are sleek and shiny, and the glass of the bottle is thick. Plus, it comes with a black neoprene sleeve for transporting after you’ve selected your stones and made your drink.Highly recommend and will be getting one for myself as well.
