Great unint and keeps CPU core tmeps down.
Absolutely works fine. I actually like the quiet sound of the fans when it comes up, so I can tell that the laptop is booting up. The blue lights are there all the time, but I rarely notice them before sundown.

Great
Great, works as advertised. now my laptop isn't on fire when I run demanding applications. The tilt stand helps the screen be more eye level for ergonomics, and it also works fine on my lap whilst sitting in bed. The fans are very quiet, more quiet than the laptop fans.

Good enough
It serves the purpose it needs to for the price you pay. Cheap, and it keeps my laptop from burning like the sun from playing online games like overwatch and the like. I'm running a hot ryzen 7 model, so it would be blowing some good air, and this thing keeps it steady. Of course, like other reviewers, I do dislike the lack of ability to control how powerful it runs, and it doesn't clip into place, but frankly, if you want something better, pay more money. It also has a short usb cable but I don't see any problems with it since your laptop should be RIGHT on top of the thing as others complained. The blue light will also be bright, so keep that in mind. With all that said, I gave it 4 stars because it gets the job done, but the noise the metal itself makes upon angling it is annoying, especially at night. I'd also complain it doesn't blow as much air as I'd otherwise like, but then again both of these issues are things you fix by simply raising your budget. I didn't want to spend more than $30 on a cooling pad, and it does serve my overall need: cooling my non-gaming laptop while playing basic games. Oh, and 4 stars so you know I'm not a bot :P

On the fence between quality and price point
I was skeptical about buying a 5 fan cooling mat, due to none of the fans on this lines up with my fans/cents on the bottom of my laptop, I checked a couple random product review pages for best quality and this one showed up, for $25 I was sure it'd be cheap and poor quality, it's not the sturdiest setup ever, if you lift it the bottom leg just flips around and you might break it off if you're not careful but I fixed that with leather string, my laptop is older, a 2010 Lenovo v570, and for the last year it's not able to perform as it did in 2011(yes, I know. Lol) and programs will crash, and it gets so blazing hot... long story short, I'm very happy with it, very very quiet, the blue lights are subtle and it cools my laptop just just about room temp in a couple mins with all 5 fans running, probably cools it...30-40° a huge difference between no cooling mat, and this one with all the fans going, with my laptop rubber feet there's about a 1/8inch between the surface of the cooling pad and my laptop, it's not big and bulky and thick, it fits in my laptop carry bag, which is on the bigger side bc I have a lot of laptop accessories, but I do wish the cord to plug it in was longer bc it's 3ft and I'm having to use a 15ft extension cord to keep it running, and it's a USB port, it's meant to plug directly into your laptop but I don't recommend it bc it sent my hard drive into a tizzy and my hard drive light wasn't flashing it was solidly lit up which worried me, especially with my ancient machine. I like that you can have the 4 outter fans running, or just the 1 big middle fan. The flip up feet to hold your laptop on when it's inclined are ok, almost to short for me though they sit just where my laptop starts to round where the top and bottom are joined, so I gave to be careful I don't bump it or it'll come crashing down, it's a good width and depth, metal mesh top, plastic bottom, for $25 is it worth it?, well I bought the warranty with it, so only time will tell but having had it less than a couple weeks, so far, ya I'd buy it again, and I do recommend it to others. The plastic bottom bracket almost makes it feel like cheap chintzy quality to me. I like things build solid, sturdy, a little heavy. This is very very light weight. If the bottom bracket didn't flop around freely, the option of a longer cord (3,5,7,10ft cords) and slightly longer flip up feet (updated options in the future maybe?) I would gladly pay up to $60 and was almost expecting to pay about $75 for this product.

Very effective at good price
After I got this, I was reading about the higher end (more expensive) cooling pads with foam seals and such, and was worried the air leakage might be limiting, but I’ve never seen it go over about 65 degrees C while running my Nvidia RTX 5080 at 97% for hours at a time playing RDR2 at pretty much max settings, so it seems like it’s totally fine. I like the adjustable tilt - the metal bar tends to clang around when you move it, but not really a problem for the money. And it’s not heavy. I have a 17 inch, fits nicely.

This has worked perfectly
My hubby and I share the only computer we have which is a laptop. He does mostly research and I use it mostly for gaming. I noticed it was getting hot while i played and got worried it would over heat, so I ordered this cooling pad thing. All 5 fans work great, you can turn all on at once or either the 4 little ones and the big one in the center separately. There are 2 buttons at the top that turn them on and off. When all 5 fans are running I can only hear a small humm from the fan engines its really nice and quiet. My husband says he can't hear any noise at all from it. Its powered by you laptop through a usb cable on the bottom. Its more then long enough to reach. What I like about that is I can leave it plugged into the computer and when I shut the computer down it also powers down. I try to make sure I use the buttons though when I do shut it down because im not the only one who uses the computer. My husband loves the look of it. I have asked him about the tilt and if it was comfortable to type with and he said he liked it and has no complaints. He types alot and has never taken it down or off the cooling fans. He doesn't really use the cooling fans because he doesn't game. He just uses the tilt feature. He likes it. I like that he likes it. Also it means that now we have a permanent place for the laptop so if we have to take it off the stand and use it elsewhere it doesn't get left anywhere random in the house and we make sure to put it back on its stand. I have very forgetful ADHD and this helps me alot as I feel that if it has a home it needs to go back to that home. Messes happen when things dont have a home to go to.

Good, but not as strong as expected.
This is overall a good cooking pad— could be better though! Comparing the price with others in the market, it is fairly cheap, and still works. I use it to cool down my MacBook Air while playing Sims 4 (already a tough job for the pad) and I would say it doesn’t cool it perfectly but makes it cool enough to not burn you. When I turn off the game it cools my laptop really quick tho! So I guess its performance depends on the laptop’s condition to start with. Wouldn’t exactly recommend for purposes such as mine— probably need something stronger— but for everyday lighter work it’s definitely worth it.

Just what I needed!
The Kootek laptop cooling pad is perfect for my needs. It allows me to raise my laptop up to help reduce heat buildup, activate a fan to help push cool air in, while the system pushes hot air out. My laptop is thin and does not have great ventilation if sitting on a flat surface, and when using it for intensive gaming, it seems to get very hot, especially since the chassis is made of metal, it gets hot to the touch sometimes. This helps reduce the load on the internal fans, reduces the heat building up inside, keeping the chassis cooler and allowing me to continue gaming with the system slowing down from excessive heat. I'm glad I found this product as it is very convenient and easy to use. I even bought one for my wife as a Christmas gift since she has the same laptop and uses it for gaming as well, having the same issues with heat build up as I do. The cooling pad has 2 usb ports on the rear, 2 buttons to activate the fans and lights, one operates the larger middle fan and light, the other activates the 4 smaller fans and lights. It is powered via a usb cable built in and by plugging it in to the laptop USB port (or another source such as a portable battery pack with usb-a connection. The cooling pad also has multiple levels to raise up or down to also assist in finding a height comfort zone and allowing for more airflow as well as comfort for typing without stressing the wrists. Overall, it is a great product and look forward to long term use. Will report back if any issues, but I don't foresee any negatives at this time other than the use of a USB port on the laptop that might be needed, but as mentioned, there are 2 additional USB-A ports on the back of the pad (2.0) so you can still use those for any add-ons like a wireless mouse/keyboard or controller if needed. Besides that, it is everything I needed.

works perfectly, but no replacement for adequate laptop cooling design
The fans and switches work fine after a couple months of regular use, and the overall quality of the unit seems good. Understand though that these fans are low power, they are all powered by a single usb outlet after all. What they will do is make sure that the cooling intake of your laptop has lots of ambient temperature air available. They will not force feed a cooling system that is underdesigned - don't expect this deck to cure serious problems with cooling design, because it can't do that, and is not designed to do that. What it will do is enable your cooling system to work at the highest capacity for its design at a given room temperature.

Dudoso
No estoy convencido yo de que enfríe mucho, además hay otro que es exactamente lo mismo por la mitad del precio....
