Let me first say this, I remember seeing the Dominicans use this in my hair when I grew up in NY. I always thought about this product for years and just gave it a try tonight and this is amazing! I'm about to order another jar after only one use!I am African-American, about 4c mostly and 3b hair texture. Being of African descent it's so hair to find conditioners that leave your hair truly silky as advertised.I left this product on for maybe 2 hours, well over the recommended time that is suggested. I used a processing cap. Then a fleece winter cap over that so my body could produce natural heat and steam to activate the product even further.Honestly, I had no expectations because it's so hair to find superior quality products. When I washed out my hair, it came out easily, my hair was light, it was fluffy, my hair felt like butter. Recently I did the big chop because my hair was growing long transitioning and it was damaged. Now I'm really trying to get to know my own hair and love it and this product for the first time made me proud of my hair. Of course to bring out my curls I used it in conjunction with other natural creams and oils, but ladies with thick, dry, and difficult to manage hair this is for you!I was astonished at some of the low stars. As I read through the reviews I saw people say I love this product and give it 1-3 stars, what! Then expect it to work miracles and help damaged hair. We all know real damaged hair must be cut off. Nothing can truly revive damage hair.In summation, do not sleep on this product. It says for all hair types. I can only speak for myself. I never write reviews and I'm a tough critic because I love quality and the finer things in life. If you thick, curly haired ladies are looking for a deep conditioner to truly detangle your hair, even without combing, this is it!I love, love, love this. I actually bought it to use it after a protein treatment and I can't wait to see the results after that process!

This hair mask treatment right here saved my hair. Two years ago I burned off over half of my hair down to the root from over bleaching and ironing my hair. I gave the ironing a rest but refused to stop bleaching my hair, and instead used this mask for at least 1-2 hours before washing my hair, between 1-2 times per week and today I have my full healthy hair back. Like truly beautiful and healthy and long! It does not smell like garlic, but some people like the smell, some don’t, it’s personal preference. This was the only thing I used aside from laying off the hair iron because I am lazy and it did wonders for me. I will never stop buying this!P.s. I tried to find a before picture but I was too embarrassed at the time and always wore hats and extensions.

im convinced this product saved my hair. i bleached my hair and my hair was so dry and unhealthy i have been using this product about 2-4 times a week. i literally put it on sleep with it and wash it off in the morning or sleep with it and leave it on the whole day in a bun on ponytail. i just ran out and i bought this in may… biiggg bottle worth the money saved my curly hair
