I'm taking this for heart health. Easy to swallow capsules and they do not make me smell like garlic but they do cause me to belch, so must be somewhat irritating to my system.

I have been taking aged garlic with niacin daily for about a year. At my last ultrasound of my carotid arteries just two weeks ago, it shows zero plaque and less than 50 percent occlusion in each artery. For the last two years I have had moderate plaque and 79 percent occlusion in my right carotid artery. My blood pressure readings also went down about 10 points. I will never stop taking Kyolic aged garlic! It really does work!
