A great little android box with all the add-ons you would need already installed.Didn't come with any instructions on how to set up or how to install additional add-ons which would have made it a lot easier to get up and running. But the process is simple enough that after spending a little bit of time navigating and familiarising yourself with the system, you are watching great movies and series in no time.The wireless keyboard has a few minor issues with some keys being a bit temperamental, but for the price, a really good buy.

Comes with 2 remotes and has apps pre installed so that is plus points.Sadly once I started using that was where this product went down hill. Purchased to replace a 5 year old unit that had started to slow down and did not have full 4k. Went for this as 4k good reviews and a good price for what it could do. Sadly it was slower than the item it was replacing which when we are talking cheap Chinese electrical is absurb given the timescale on updating these bits of kits.Ran a detailed report of hardware as with all android devices it is a bit sketchy and you do not know what you are getting until you actually have the machine. It is no more advanced than my 5 year old one and with the software they are using it actually runs slower.Some good reviews but for me I was expecting an improvement on my old device given similar price point and I did not get that so this is going a back and I will keep looking.

The smaller control is rubbish, the pointer is annoying. The bigger one is much better BUT there's no instructions for it. We thought it was a dummy one until we found the wifi USB in the battery compartment.

Works fine except for wireless keyboard..too small..would sooner have got me own separate and had the money off for the keyboard. Mine appears to be used as there are scratches on top of box?

This is a nice little box, plugged it in, turned it on, logged in to my WiFi and it was ready to go. have set it up as a streaming box, with a number of apps, mondrian, Titanium; BBC iplayer and a few others and am very impressed, picture from you tube is crisp and smooth. i am not a techie but found it easy to use, great quality and the apps work! It came with english user manual!I switched on the keyboard color by Fn+F2, i can try 3 colors, which is really awesome at night.Love it! Would recommend to my friends.

Terrible picture, apps just don't respond quickly enough or at all. Keyboard is woefully too small and other, cheaper systems simply are better

Very poor product. Firstly the box gets so hot that you have to use an external USB fan to keep it cool. Secondly the device comes with 2 remotes. 1 is not fit for purpose and is difficult to use the 2nd is very easy to use however does not charge so after a couple of hours using the remote, there was no way to keep it charged to continue using it. The wires for using stand alone batteries were removed. Box is very very slow, Amazon prime keeps getting error codes when watching films or TV shows. I am sending back and getting a full refund. An absolute waste of money when the reviews I read were so promising!
