I'm in my sixties and I run 25-30 miles per week. I have a mild pronation problem on my left arch and these inserts work great to provide me with the extra support I need. Putting this in a neutral shoe works much better than running in a shoe made specifically for pronators. This insert is high quality and lasts about a year (well, that's how long I use it). Highly recommended.

Got these from Fleet Feet wore them out and bought the same exact ones on Amazon. Expensive but supportive. Wish I knew what brand these were other than the store branded. I wear these in all my shoes.
