I absolutely love these inserts and replace them roughly every 6 to 8 months. I work on my feet for 8 hours a day, which involves significant walking, squatting, pulling pallets, and climbing ladders. While my New Balance shoes are great, I noticed that over time, my knees, heels, arches, and sciatica would flare up. These inserts have been a true lifesaver. I use them in all my sneakers, and they've honestly relieved all the associated pain. My feet and legs no longer feel fatigued the way they used to. Before discovering these, I used to struggle to walk after waking up from an overnight shift nap due to severe pain from my feet to my lower back. These inserts solved that problem entirely. They are definitely worth the money, but keep an eye out—they go on sale once or twice a year for around $40. If they work for you, I recommend grabbing a couple of pairs. Quality : Great! Size: if you wear women's shoes you may have to trim a little. I wear men's new balance shoes size 8.5 wide width so they fit perfectly. Thickness: hard shell underneath and padding on top. Does it's job! May take a few days to get used to but you don't notice after a bit.

These are insane. They don't look different from any other insole I've tried over the years, but I could tell an immediate difference. I've only been wearing them a few hours, but I'm ready to drop another $70 for a second pair. Holy cow! I've been dealing with foot and heel pain for years. I may update this as time goes on, but five stars for the immediate relief.

After over a decade of trying every insert I could find and spending thousands of dollars on prescription orthotics, all of which just made my problem worse, my physical therapist recommended these inserts for my neutral running shoes (the key is to find shoes that don’t cut away under the arch like most running shoes do), which my seventh and final podiatrist had recommended. Dr had put me in Powersteps, and those were way better than all the others I’d had, but the Superfeet Berry inserts combined with my New Balance 840 running shoes are THE combination for my very troubled ankles. After 15 years, several x-rays and MRIs, I finally had an MRI that showed what the underlying issue causing my recurring peroneal tendinitis/tendinosis is: very shallow tendon grooves, so the lateral tendons in my ankles slide around instead of stay in one place. This is a lifelong issue, so correct support is absolutely vital for me to avoid further tendon tears and other damage. I’m so grateful for these inserts. My ankle issues are way more under control than they have ever been previously since I started using these. Better than I ever dared dream actually. I do wish there was just a little more padding over the plastic part, but I have gotten used to it. I wear these with my New Balance 840 running shoes all day pretty much every day. I have a set for indoors and a set for outdoors, so I’m wearing these all the time. I also wear them with dress shoes—as dressy as my feet will allow anyway: Propet sandals and Cobb Hill Mary Janes. So I’m wearing these inserts constantly. Since I rotate between 2-3 pairs, I usually don’t have to replace them too often, around 8-10 months. My shoe size is between 8.5-9 and these are suitable for me. They are both firm & supportive and a little soft. The one con for me is the the heel thickness…it causes my foot to slide forward and my toes push against my shoe. Idk if I need bigger shoes but the green Superfeet insoles didn’t do that so those will remain my #1.

I have worn Superfeet for years. They fit my feet, give arch support, and help my back stay in alignment. Many chiropractors recommend them.

Superfeet help if you have overpronation (meaning your toes tend to point inward.) I have some excellent walking shoes that seemed fine, but after a month or two, I felt pain in the ball of my left foot when walking. I replaced the insoles with Superfeet, and the pain vanished. Superfeet soles also last a long time. I highly recommend them.

My podiatrist suggested this sole for me. It works great. I wore them for my trip in Asia, and I walked about 20k steps every day. My feet never felt fatigue. I would recommend this to friends.

These fit my shoes at 7.5US perfectly. And for me, they offer a stability and support that kind of cushions the already cushiony shoes. I was told that they will last you about 500 miles before you start to feel the degradation of the support. I'm not sure about that, but I do know that I can wear shoes every day with these insoles and go for about 9 months. I am very active but I do not jog.

I cannot live without these. They last forever and bring comfort every shoe I put them in. That said, they won’t fit into heels but I don’t wear heels so no problem. They dig into heeled boots and such. Love walking in these and I have back problems from car accident. These have helped my mobility immensely. High quality product. Been loyal buyer of these over a decade!
