Good, but only if you don't have an Aldi
It's a good product, as good as any other bread yeast. My wife bakes a lot of bread and has successfully used this brand several times now. It's not her favorite. She usually buys Fleischman's Instant. Only one problem, this Baker's Corner to my knowledge is a brand from Aldi. Obviously, you could buy it there for less. If you don't have an Aldi, you could buy it here, but honestly, there are probably better options with Fleischman's, or Red Star.
