Fiskars has always been my choice, but somehow, I got hold of some lesser scissors, and have had all kinds of trouble with them, such as the screw that holds them together loosening every few times that I used them. I had to keep a Phillips screwdriver handy to tighten them constantly. Well, I finally had had enough and I was at Amazon looking for good all-purpose Fiskars scissors. These looked like just what I needed and wanted, and the price was great, so the purchase was made and delivered before schedule. They are BEAUTIFUL scissors. The grip is fantastic because it is comfortable and very ergonomic. The blades, however, are what really struck me as the showpiece of the product. Golden in color, they even look beautiful as well as function beautifully. They cut anything (within reason) and do a beautiful, sharp, even cut. My last pair of non-Fiskars was doing fine until some thoughtless person in my house at the time decided to use them to cut WIRE (!) with them without asking me if that would be alright. Needless to say, it ruined the scissors completely. Well, the person is gone now, and nobody is going to misuse my Fiskars. I've used the same brand for sewing over the years (pinking shears and all arts and crafts Fiskars) and I expect that these will last as long and perform equally well. I'm so glad that I purchased them because of their quality and unmatchable functionality. They were designed with care, the insides of the grips being lined with a soft rubber-type material which makes the grip stronger and more comfortable. These will not slip in your fingers and your cutting will be precise. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for high quality scissors that are at a fantastic price.

Review for Premier soft grip titanium scissors. I have had a pair of these scissors for several months and they're my favorite scissors and my "go to" pair I use in the kitchen and general household use around the home. I'm now getting two more pairs, one to put in my craft room and one for upstairs as I'm always wanting scissors for something and I don't like having to go looking for them. These scissors are perfect for my needs around the home and I definitely need more than one pair in the home in different rooms. Upstairs and downstairs. They cut paper, string, tape, packaging, all the things that you need scissors for. And they are Sharp and cut right through the item without issue. I feel that they're strong and easy to hold. I have arthritis in my fingers, hand and wrist and it doesn't hurt to perform a task with these scissors. I have also washed the scissors if I opened food packaging with them and they have not rusted at all or lost their sharpness or function. I recommend these scissors. I have not been paid or offered anything for this review.

I've been a diehard Fiskars user for decades but never had a pair that were titanium coated. These feel pretty sturdy in my hand but I won't be able to tell you if they last longer than average Fiskars for awhile. I will say they cut with little effort and don't make my hands sore. They cut several layers precisely with little effort. So far they're as good as any Fiskars I've had and feel very sturdy. Plus the titanium coating changes the metal's color and I feel like they're a luxury.

These are very affordable, and work great for heavy paper and printable art canvas. They can't be sharpened but, for fairly light use, they're perfect. If they get dull with heavy, constant use, consider buying some more expensive shears that can be sharpened as needed. Factor in the cost of sharpening, and you might be better off just replacing these with another pair.

Pros: Looks cool. I have gotten compliments on these scissors. Resistant to rust and corrosion. You don't have to worry about liquid getting on these scissors and you can clean them periodically at your leisure. The handles are soft. It cuts through plastic packaging easily. It cuts through cardboard easily. Cons: The handle is shaped in such a way that your fingers are encouraged to wrap around them. If you are cutting something that is difficult to cut, your fingers may wrap around too much and get pinched by the handle closing together. If cutting sticky things, it can be difficult to clean the blades, especially electrical tape. Conclusion: I am satisfied with these scissors, but I have to take a star off for the pinching handle issue. I have been pinched pretty hard at least 8 times, and I've owned these scissors for a few years. The good news is, if you skin is pinched, it will heal and disappear over time. It doesn't leave a scar.

It is hard to get a decent pair of scissors nowadays which stay sharp, cut a nice clean edge, at a reasonable price. I have purchased scissors for utility use, for nothing out of every day household use, at what I thought was a reasonable price only to end up with scissors which started out sharp and quickly became a lousy, dull piece of knock off crap. So I decided to try a "name brand" little higher priced pair of scissors for the same use as the cheap lousy scissors I had before. Fiskars is a name brand known for garden items used in agricultural cutting and trimming. I needed to dead-head my flowers so....I decided to try these. One thing I can say about these scissors, they are SHARP! They have stayed sharp! I have used them to dead-head my Shasta Daisies which have thicker heavy stems. These scissors snipped right through the stems leaving a nice clean cut with little effort on my part. The plants have produced new buds because the stems were proper cut. I have used these scissors for normal household tasks. Each time I got nice clean cuts-no hassle. I have used them in the kitchen to open plastic food packaging with no problem. I've cut paper, light cardboard, material, denim, string, cord, twine and thread, etc all with the same sharp, clean cut edges and without a lot of effort. The scissors are still sharp. I like them a lot.

These things are comfortable to use, very strong, and very sharp. I use them as utility scissors, and they work nearly as well as my shop scissors. Great product!

El filo de las hojas es muy bueno, creando cortes limpios y sin necesidad de hacer tanto esfuerzo con la mano. En un principio se sienten ligeramente rígidas, pero esta característica mejora el control del corte.

It is nice but if the handles can universal to either use left hand or right hand.

Best scissors I’ve had. It can cut through cardboard boxes and stubborn plastic packaging so easily Definitely worth the investment
