Okay first off this HDMI switch box is a monster. It's huge! I previously tried a 7 HDMI switch and this is about twice the size. On the plus side while the 7 Input switch felt cheap and very plasticky this one feels extremely sturdy. It's not too deep, just long so I've been able to hide it behind other items. The annoying beep when switching inputs mentioned by another reviewer can be turned off by a button on the remote. The input display is quite bright but hidden behind other devices it's not noticeable. My main reason for swapping the 7 Input switch for this one was that whenever a source changed frame rate to match the source video it would change input back to number one. This one stays on the same device. It supports auto-switching but not for devices that are always on like the Apple TV, Fire TV Stick, Roku or Nvidia Shield. It will passthrough a Dolby Vision signal with no issues. Sound is a bit more complicated. Getting Dolby Atmos was harder on some devices than others. The Nvidia Shield required me to go in and turn auto off and tell the Shield what audio formats were supported but once this was done it worked fine - Disney's WandaVision in perfect Dolby Vision/Atmos! The one device I couldn't get this to play nice with was the Apple TV. Picture was fine I just couldn't find a way to get it to pass Dolby Atmos to my amp. I suspect this is more an Apple issue than a fault with the switch. I will shortly be swapping my Denon amp for a Sonos Arc and sending the single from the HDMI switch to the TV and then to the Sonos Arc via eARC. I'll update this review if that changes the Apple TV issue. To sum up: This is an excellent HDMI switch, the build quality is fantastic AND it does virtually everything you could want. Just make sure you have the space.

I needed a HDMI switch to select between 10 inputs of various computers and games consoles. I've been using 2 5 port switches chained together, but they have problems detecting certain devices (such as the Retrotink 5X Pro), while this switch identified it with no issues and also managed to switch automatically. It's quite large (19" rackmount length), but I bought a flat rack and just mounted it vertically below my desk. Well worth the premium. Worked perfectly with the Series S/X, Switch, PC and numerous other devices. One issue worth noting is that it'll remember the EDID of the device as soon as the TV/Projector/Output source is plugged in. So you need to turn the TV on first, then the TESmart and then the device. If you turn the output device on after the TESmart you may find the audio isn't routed properly and you'll get no sound.

Remote control didn't come with a battery, there was no HDMI cable to attach to the TV and instructions weren't entirely clear but managed to get it up and running and it works very well. Switches to different devices quite easily. Very happy with this product and definitely worth the money.

I have had this 3 months, and for the last month it's been playing up, not switching channel or turning on. Tonight it gave up the ghost, just shows channel 1 on the display and wont change. Also it wont output on any channel. That's after it started going mad on boot up with weird numbers. I read the reviews about it not having much longevity but thought it will be ok. 3 months and its gone pop. It was used about an hour a day if that. Cant contact the seller. Joke for something so expensive. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is a great piece of kit. Great quality. Although the remote looks cheap, it does the job perfectly (once I realised, there was no battery included) Tried other brands, but they always had issues. This model, every port works. It's also intuitive, e.g turn on the games console and it automatically, switches to the correct port. Cannot recommend this enough.

So I bought this as I was putting up the TV and wated to consolidate so many wires running to the TV. It worked okay in terms of reducing the wires and the picture quality is good. However, one of the main reason I bought his particular one was that it came woth remote and the remote does not do the best job!! At times it’s difficult to actually switch betwen the hdmi’s, remote doesn’t work as smoothly as it should so a bit disappointed!! If you are not fussy about remote than it’s a good one.

Instructions could be a bit more extensive re use of 1-3 v 1-5 inputs. Anyway once I pressed the 'Selected' button it worked as I wanted it to. This is a great product to easily switch between channels. I am not seeing any loss of quality but then my media is not 4K quality! Benefits...one small remote to easily and quickly shift between inputs. Does not reduce the number of cables that you need but does reduce the volume of the bunched up cables if you replace some with short HDMI cables! Great value.

The TESmart 8x1 HDMI switch is amazing. I've tested it for a few hours now and it works perfect. Hasn't dropped any signal and Dolby Atmos is very clean. Have 7 consoles and my Zappipi 4k HDR and it runs like a dream. Very happy with it. While this switch is really good I wish they added a on and off button on the remote. That's ok though I got that covered and using the Philips Hue Smart Plug with my harmony elite and I got it working with it and now turns off when I don't need it. Definitely the best HDMI 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 switch on the market hands down.

I have 4 HDMI feeds into it, all connect and switch on. The remote is small but works well, plus you can switch direct by number. One odd thing, it has port 3 as default when switched on. Would have expected Port 1.

Essenziale in caso abbiate un monitor o tv con pochi ingressi HDMI, questo apparecchio permette di collegare più ingressi HDMI dirottandoli uno alla volta su un'uscita HDMI. Il prodotto è di dimensioni ridotte, ed è provvisto di cinque ingressi, selezionabili sia attraverso un pulsante posto sull'apparecchio e sia attraverso un telecomando infrarossi (batteria non inclusa). Lo switch a prima vista sembra ben rifinito e abbastanza robusto. Ha l'ingresso per un'alimentazione esterna, ma ho notato che anche senza funziona prendendosi l'alimentazione direttamente dagli ingressi HDMI (ovviamente in quel caso se spegnete tutti gli apparecchi in ingresso si spegnerà anche il dispositivo). Utilizzato per un periodo posso dire che al momento ha funzionato molto bene, non ho avuto alcun problema di audio/video trasmessi in full hd. Inoltre anche dopo ore di utilizzo rimane sempre abbastanza freddo. Sicuramente un buon prodotto economico, ma completo, per poter aumentare il numero di ingressi HDMI.

I had an additional accessory I wanted to connect to my new TV and there just weren't enough HMDI ports. After searching a bit, I found and ordered the HDMI Switch 4k, TESmart Intelligent 5-port Switcher 5x1 which solved my problem and also provides additional ports in the event needed. The remote makes it easier to switch to the various auxilliary channels / accessories without unplugging and replugging. I am completely satisfied.

Bonjour, Voici un très bon appareil que j'ai eu à environ 13 euros pour 5 ports HDMI en entrée vers 1 port HDMI en sortie. Les + du produit : - 5x1 : 5 ports en entrée, 1 en sortie. Limité à 4K 30Hz, pas de souci pour moi, j'ai mis dessus des consoles mini (SNES mini, Megadrive mini, Neo Geo Mini, une bonne vieille PS3 et une Wii U). - Dès qu'une source est détectée, il permute automatiquement dessus. Au pire on peut soit appuyer dessus sur un bouton pour permuter, soit utiliser la petit télécommande. - Une rallonge infrarouge permet de ranger discrètement le hub et de placer ce capteur à un endroit dégagé pour que la télécommande fonctionne. - Fourni avec un câble d'alimentation, un simple chargeur de smartphone suffit. Les - du produit : - Pile pour la télécommande non fournie, CR2025 à prévoir. Bref, produit simple, qui fonctionne bien, bon rapport qualité/prix. 🎅 😺 LoloSasa 🎮 🎄

Ayer me llego, y pierde calidad en la imagen, ademas mi sorpresa es que viene el mando sin la pila, ademas lo compre por que tengo otro switc con tres entradas y me faltaba una para la consola, y la verdad, es que no se ve igual, he tenido que poner el antiguo, pierde calidad, en cuanto a la pila me dice el vendedor que viene sin pila para no tener problemas en la aduana, lo voy a devolver. Edito: el vendedor se puso en contacto ofreciendo un reemplazo, me lo ha enviado nuevamente, y este si, se ve perfecto, un diez para el vendedor
