Break 8" Magic Knight Rayearth: Hikaru Shidou SP Figure Vol.3

The figure itself has some very beautiful detail work. The pose is dynamic and fun, with elements like the uniform and braided hair flowing well with it. As a fan of the show, I am very happy with the figure and love how well it portrays the character. This is a great figure for any fan of the series!Some side notes of caution: The statue arrived with a few pieces - the main body, the sword (which has two parts) and the base. The sword handle detaches from the blade to allow the sword to be put in the hand (see pictures). And the base has two pegs that slot into the foot. The sword connection piece can be fragile, so when putting the sword in the hand, be careful. Similarly, you want to be sure the foot pegs are lined up properly before attempting to push the foot into the base's stand. There is also a change that the outstretched finger on both hands will be curved a little unnaturally. Be careful if you attempt to bend it back into shape as this could lead to cracking and breaking of the plastic.

This figure is absolutely stunning. It's well detailed and nice sized however! The stand is VERY flimsy, I actually ended up breaking it when I tried to attach the figure to it. I'm typically very very careful when attaching a figure to its stand so when I heard the initial "crack" as I pushed the foot on to the little peg I knew it was only a matter of time before the whole thing just broke off. As I slowly tried to pull the figure away from the peg it just broke. I'm going to attempt to use my tweezers to pull the peg out of her foot since it's now stuck in there after breaking and I'm going to see how well super glue does me to reattach the peg to the rest of the stand.Also her hand is not open enough on the one side to hold the sword like it shows displayed on the box (blade pointing up) so I have to put it in her hand the opposite way (blade facing down) which is not a big deal but still.The figure also does not have plastic skeleton piece inside for secure shipping. The figure itself was inside a bubble wrap type of envelope, the stand was in a plastic baggie, and the sword was inside a plastic bag with a cardboard envelope. If it was anymore fragile I'm certain it would have broken with all the moving around inside the box it could do in shipping.Even though the stand broke and the packaging is less than stellar, I still think this figure is worth the $30 I paid for it, as I said it is very well detailed and it is a sturdy, thick plastic. I have every intention of ordering Umi and Fuu

I want thank this seller, all of the three magic knight rayearth are fantastic. I bought them for my brother as a present,since he is a big fan of CLAMP. these figures look truly amazing, paint,detail,smotthness, all great quality. they are about 6.5 inches or higher. my girlfriend saw them and wanted to take them from my brother's collection. product arrived as told. I hope they can have products of captain tsubasa,macross and tekkaman blade. however if I could give this seller 10 stars I would because he/she deserves and the fact that they take the time to put a thank you note along with the receipt, it means a lot. I'm looking forward to buy more products from you. well done.

Magic Knight Rayearth a 1990's manga and anime series. Magic Knight Rayearth combines magical girls and mecha with a parallel fantasy world.The series follows three eighth-grade girls from different schools who find themselves transported from a modern-day Japan into a magical world, Cephiro, where they are tasked with rescuing a princess. Only to find out the princess they are meant to save is not what she seems while Cephiro hangs in peril. LOVE IT!!!! Very hard to fins Magic Knight Rayearth figures! CLAMP is a wonderful collaboration of artist and writers. I look forward to when they design them in other figures in outfits from the series such as their full armor, mecha, or other characters! Fantastic color and detail. Very pleased with purchase!

I love the detail. Little to no painting errors. The figure is very nice. :) It's only important that I mention that the figure stands at 7.5 inches while on her stand and displayed, and not 8 inches tall.I thought her size would fit well with my 9" figures display (thinking she was exactly 8"), but she is a bit too small... :/

The details and care that went into making this incredibly affordable figure make it seem like it should cost a whole lot more.Looks fantastic and it balances perfectly despite it looking like that might be a problem.

Figure itself is really nice, especially for the price. However, when I opened the sword, the peg to hold it together snapped off. Also, as mentioned by another reviewer, the stand isn't the best.

Es un producto muy bueno, muy bien detallado y sin duda una digna figura de colección. Son las que salieron en el año 2014. Y pues la verdad no estoy nada arrepentido de haberla comprado. De hecho pedí las tres de una vez. Son excelentes.
