Ceylon Cinnamon; yes it is organic cinnamon, yes it comes in pills, yes it helps control sugar levels, and NO, it does not CURE diabetes. If I understood correctly, what cinnamon does is make your cells more receptive/sensitive of/to insulin in the blood. Insulin is a signal that tells our cells to take in the glucose in the blood. Therefore, the best time to take this pill is 20 to 30 mins after we have completed a meal because it is at this time that plenty of insulin has been released in the blood. I have done this and this is how I know it is true cinnamon, because I do notice my sugar level take a sudden drop, followed by a feeling of hunger and/or craving for something sweet. I can say from personal experience that this product is great, it is of the highest quality, and yes it does help your body manage blood glucose (sugar levels in the blood).

Met my expectations relative to ease of use and consumption. There is no after taste.

I suppose this product will do just about what any other organic product of its kind does. I wasn't able to use it long enough to make that determination. The 60 capsules constitutes only a 15-day supply, if taken as directed. I probably won't order again, simply because if I do my research, I think I can probably find a local retail store that would offer comparable value. If I could find, say, a 30-day supply at or near the price this product would have been if I doubled it, I'd go that route. Recommendation: Do your homework, find cinnamon with same properties, and check stores such as Sprouts or whatever nutrition stores you have available. OR - Check other online resources. Then compare price using as a criteria the total per-month cost of use (dosages may vary with each product). Then figure up which is the better bargain and the most convenient for you.

Great! Easy to take. Sometimes they even leave a hint of cinnamon in your mouth.

The pills are somewhat large with a strong taste of cinnamon. Did experience some change in blood sugar level in conjunction with change in diet.
