Does anyone find the only thing wrong with this product is that there is nothing wrong with it? It is perfect!

I sent mine back. While I am somewhat "techy," I found this frame to be very clunky to operate. Also, for what it is, it's very heavy. I'd rather have an ultra-thin (and much lighter) TV set that displays pictures. The big selling point for this is the art that it displays. But, to get past the basic collection requires a subscription. I think I've reached subscription burnout.

Does it play gif or videos?

Yes, it does play but have not tested on a long video just a few seconds loop and gisf. If you send it to the cloud it must be part of your linked albums and if you use an sd card then need to be setup correctly. Check the size of the video (frame size) because it does not stretch to fit the frame.
