Does it stain your shoes?

No, it doesn't stain shoes. It's a really good product.Y shoes doesn't smell anymore.I'm surprised actually

Is it bad if my dog licks my feet after using this?

Why is your dog licking your feet

Mine doesn’t spray. It’s just a stream. Am I doing something wrong?

Nozzle might be clogged. Return and get a new one? Or maybe they could send you a new screw on nozzle??

Can this be used in flip-flops or other synthetic footbed sandals? Thanks!

This is strictly my opinion... I believe synthetic material can be washed with soap and scrubbed with a brush to clean, you might be able to put the synthetic sandals in the washing machine. I believe Right Foot foot spray is for leather shoes. If I were you I would "google" your question to get your answer.
